The line pattern it uses ensures your floors get completely clean with no missed areas. It has good suction that works well on carpet. I like that I can start it with an app when I’m not at home.

I love the fact that it comes with an easy to use app and I can set schedules based on times that are best for me to make it run. When I was on vacation I forgot to adjust it but all I had to do was go in the app and pause the scheduled run times! It's fun you get to name it too:)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am in love with my new EZ robot vacuum cleaner, it is so efficient doing its job in its new home where there is also a furry pet that is on the loose all day and really this shark works incredibly much better than any vacuum cleaner than me. I have ever had it, I just program it to be clean in the morning and at night and then just empty the container every other clean ... something very simple that saves me a lot of time unlike the manual. This robotic vacuum does a great job with minimal effort, setup with the app was quick and easy, and it allows me to run a regular schedule. The amount of hair, dust and dirt that accumulates is incredible, the brush does a great job even under furniture and the best part is that I can make it work from my phone without my being present while she does her work and when she finishes. . The charging base that is connected to the wall also has a shock sensor and it can be redirected so that it does not get stuck and I can place it on the second floor by placing the magnetic strips to avoid falling into a vacuum ... It really is a household equipment very practical auxiliary, comfortable and to take into account….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had a robot vacuum before so I decided to give this a try. I read the quick start app and downloaded the application to my phone. I was able to connect the shark to my wifi with ease. I let it charge the 6 hours and then started it up. It does a decent job and cleaning my floors. It doesn’t do great around the corners. I had to use a regular broom to get the debris out. I only planned on doing the kitchen and hallway. However I forgot to close my sons door and it picked up a toy and shut down. I was easily able to remove the toy and then restart the robot. I need to get those boundary strips to prevent it from going into the living room with the thick carpet. Other than that it worked well!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really took my time with this vacuum before writing this review. If you have kids, I would not recommend. Any robot vacuum requires the floor to be completely clear in order to be effective. Unlike spot vacuuming with a cordless (which I much prefer), the robot vac requires you move everything out of its way before deploying. Including chairs, stools, and end tables it might get stuck under. The compartment is so small it fills quickly. And it can't handle any of the little bits left behind by kids. I've seen it pick up tiny bits only to spit it out seconds later. If you have a small spotless home with no kids or pets, this will probably work well for you. But in a 2000+ sqft house with kids and pets, this thing is more trouble than it's worth.

My MIL said thats for lazy people and i said to her no thats for busy people that like to have clean floors. I love how i can control it from a app on my phone. I have mine set to run while we are gone, it knows when it gets close to stairs so it doesnt fall. Its so convenient. Very well made, we have dogs and it cleans the fur perfectly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shark EZ robot vacuum was very easy to set up. You can download an app to use with this machine and that app is easy to navigate. When the vacuum is running and I need to go back to its base.. it has no issues finding the base. I love it. It sweeps up a good amount of stuff and its perfect for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All I have to say is this vacuum is absolutely incredible. Easy to set up, 1,2,3, hooked up to my internet right away. I let it charge for 6 hours and used it right away. It did 650 sq feet of our first floor and still have 40% battery left snd was going for an entire house. Must say it was very relaxing watching it go around my house with no issues. Made sure to move toys and some chairs around but all in all it was awesome, and my kids love it because my son thinks he’s off the hook now. Highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone should own a The Shark® EZ Robot vacuum. I never knew I needed this vacuum. I charged for a couple of hours then it was time to put it to the test. It was an easy set up. All to do is set it up to my phone and it was ready to go. It works great for crumbs dust and dog hairs. I was able to do the whole house and still had 25% left on the battery. I was even able to catch the corners better than Imgined and as for under the bed, it went right in and right out. I don't know how I survived without it.
