[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy this vacuum. It takes the work out of vacuuming. I can just relax or do whatever I want while my Shark Robot does all the work on my carpets and hard floors. It doesn't fall off the stairs because of built-in sensors. The sensors also detect obstacles. I love controlling it by my phone to set a time to clean so the house is vacuumed when I arrive home. Love that it goes back to the base to recharge itself. It was super easy to set up and connect to internet. I watched the first few times it vacuumed to make sure things weren't in the way. My cat was freaked out by it. However it picks up a ton of her pet hair. It did take a few times to map out my house for cleaning but no biggie. I love this vacuum. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Shark products! This robot vacuum lives up to the Shark name. It does a great job on wood, carpet and vinyl floors. The line pattern it uses ensures your floors get completely clean with no missed areas. It has good suction that works well on carpet. I like that I can start it with an app when I’m not at home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never had a robot vacuum before so I decided to give this a try. I read the quick start app and downloaded the application to my phone. I was able to connect the shark to my wifi with ease. I let it charge the 6 hours and then started it up. It does a decent job and cleaning my floors. It doesn’t do great around the corners. I had to use a regular broom to get the debris out. I only planned on doing the kitchen and hallway. However I forgot to close my sons door and it picked up a toy and shut down. I was easily able to remove the toy and then restart the robot. I need to get those boundary strips to prevent it from going into the living room with the thick carpet. Other than that it worked well!!

You can schedule certain rooms to be cleaned and you can also schedule a full house cleaning at any time of the day. It vacuums really well as long as you clean the dust bin out after every cleaning. The Shark did have trouble making a map of my house, as it took about 14 cleanings to make one but after its made it makes life even easier by allowing me to schedule room by room cleanings. The battery life is good as long as you do not turn it on high. I keep mine on medium and it works just fine and battery last longer. Overall I'd say the shark is an amazing edition to any household!

I set it up so that the little guy will run his route when we’re out dropping off and picking up, so when we get back, I dump the bin and don’t have to worry about dog tumbleweeds roaming the living room!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This shark EZ robot vacuum was very easy to set up. You can download an app to use with this machine and that app is easy to navigate. When the vacuum is running and I need to go back to its base.. it has no issues finding the base. I love it. It sweeps up a good amount of stuff and its perfect for everyday use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very spectacle on how well this would work for me. I have several dogs that shed and kids that love to make messes. I did not think that it would pick up the particles very well. It actually does a great job. I love that it has a extra large container and it does not have to be emptied as often as I would have thought.

It helps reduce the amount of work I have to do around the house after getting home from working all day. It does really well transitioning from carpet to hardwood floors. The only downfall is the bin isn’t that big and I have to manually empty it frequently from pet hair.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty easy set up with the Shark EZ Robot. I snapped in the rolling brushes (included). I allowed the time needed to fully charge. I then set up the Wi-Fi and the app. Rather compact in size, this Robot Vacuum does a very good job. Much better than I had expected to be honest. My significant other and myself are quite impressed. While the Robot Vacuum eases the work load I do end up having to go back through for clean up against the walls and in the corners with a regular vacuum but no biggie. It will get 3 bedrooms, the living room, 2 hallways and kitchen in one sweep before needing to recharge. Although at times the dust bin may need emptied in between. Shark EZ Robot has really lightened the load of housework around the house and I certainly an glad to own one.

Vacuum is just ok. Randomly picks where it wants to go, battery life is poor after maybe a year of use. Support just says it's my fault that it doesn't work as it's supposed to. Wouldn't buy another shark as my irobot worked way better for way longer.
