I've been drinking this for your years and I'm just now noticing the difference of taste, so much so that I will not purchase another bottle, which is sooooo unfortunate because this is my favorite flavor that I invest in with the purchase of multiple bottles because I go through so many. I now have to result to choosing another flavor until this is rectified, please listen to the consumer and go back to the original recipe because we don't what you've done.

This was my most favorite creamer. When the new packaging on it came out recently it had a different taste ( sour, bitter almond). I tried a few bottles just incase and they all tasted that way. I went to multiple stores and stocked up on the ones left of the old bottle design. Now I'm out and have to find a new coffee creamer.( not coffeemate) dear coffeemate please go back to the old recipe and design so we know it's good again.

Something is really off about the flavor of this creamer. It has a horrid aftertaste. My bottle has not expired... just bought it a few days ago. It tastes like a bad chemistry experiment using nail polish, cream, and artificial sweeteners. (I did not buy the sugar free version.) 64 oz. of wasted money. I literally poured it down the drain. Undrinkable. I'm super disappointed.

Purchased 4 - 64 oz. containers on Monday 10-02-23, with new packaging design. The product has a bitter metallic/chemical taste and smell, and is unusable. Coffee Mate has stated in the past, when complaints about the flavor have been made, that the formula has not changed. However, I would suggest the problem is related to your sourcing of the flavoring and not the formula. Thank you.

I have been drinking this creamer for year. Last July that horrible sour taste started and I waited and waited and waited for it to be fixed. Finally I saw bottles of it back at my local store, when I got home I immediately made a cup and it doesn't taste the same, not even close. The sour taste is gone but it's completely missing something. I know the recipe hasn't changed but maybe due to covid the ingredients used in the recipe have been purchased from different companies. I'm soo disappointed with this entire situation. I've given up and moved onto Dunkin' Donuts creamer.

You have changed your recipe for your Nestles Coffee Mate Italian Sweet cream and it's obvious. Many have noticed and will not continue to purchase. Not sure why this happened but unfortunately, after many years, it is time for a change of brand for us too.

I have been drinking the Italian Sweet Cream flavor since they started selling it. Unfortunately, something changed this year, and it no longer tastes like the creamer I know and love. Even after they stopped production, and started selling it again, it still tastes wrong. My family and I will be looking for something else to replace it.

For several years we have bought and loved the Italian Sweet Creamer. This week I returned one to Publix thinking it had been mislabeled. It was clearly Hazlenut. I went to another store and bought another one- again Distinct hazelnut flavor. They are all 22March 2024 batch. What happened? And if you changed the recipe you have lost us. Please get back to the original!

I have been drinking this for close to 10 years now it is the only creamer I like but something has changed in the flavor. It almost tastes like a caramel type now. 5 star product on the previous formula but now it's like any other caramel flavored one. It even smells of caramel or vanilla now. 64 oz bottle bought this week.

This was the only creamer I've used for years and suddenly the flavor is drastically different. I bought a second bottle to be sure it was maybe mislabeled, unfortunately it's not. It tastes like vanilla or something. Why change it? It's terrible tasting now.
