We purchased the option to stack the units and use a single key set for both washer and dryer. This works very well and is not a issue for a family member who is not tall.

We moved into a house that didn’t have them there which gave me the opportunity to finally get a front loading washer. It is so much easier getting clothes out without having to practically stand on your head! They also make the laundry area look great. Clothes come out very clean.

Bought it just under three years ago, it often left clothes not clean and smelling badly....having to rewash. Now, it is leaking all over the floor and will cost more to fix than it is worth to bring someone in to fix. Should have lasted 10 years for the price. Will never buy a Samsung again..

I can fit more in, and it seems to wash really well and really quietly. Don't forget to put in an item, though! Once you start it, you can't open the door until the complete cycle has finished.

Bought this washer 3 years ago (in COVID time)...the first washer could not be installed because it failed the hookup test. The installer said he has never see this happen in all his 30 years of the business. The second washer failed after 3 years. The huge C shaped bolt broken in half and water everywhere...again the repair man from samsung said He had never seen this happen and that products were just being slapped together during the quarentine time. BYER BEWARE....still in contact with Samsung to see if they will make it right.

I love the sanitize feature to clean the washer. My previous washer was okay but this washer blows it out of the park. They are so many more feature. The bright led display is bright so i can chose my cycle. It has many different temperatures. Which us really nice. It also has different wash load options. You can also choose how many spins it does in a cycle. It washes my clothes with such ease and they look amazing coming out. It has a drawer that opens for detergent, bleach and softener. I usually use tide pods but i use the drawer for my fabric softener. I have had absolutely no problems with this washer. It has exceeds all my expectations. Overall i would recommend this washer to anyone looking to buy a new washer.
