[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new Samsung washer for three weeks and could not be happier with it. It replaced our Samsung washer that was 13 years old and finally gave out. This one is amazingly quiet and does a great job of getting dirty clothes clean. We were able to put it on the old pedestal base that went with her previous washer so that was a bonus. The clothes are spun so dry that they only need about half the time in the dryer as those washed in our old washer. If I could change anything, it would be the ability to remove the detergent cup. Sometimes water remains in that area and it’s hard to dry because you cannot remove the detergent cup as we could with our old washer. That means having to try to blot the water dry with paper towels. That may not bother some but we like to keep our washer as dry as possible to keep down any potential odor problems. Overall, I am extremely happy with the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this washer for almost a year now and it works well. It uses less water than our old top loading washer and still gets the clothes clean. The only thing I don’t like is that you have to leave it open or it smells bad, and the filter/drain is hard to catch the water unless it’s on a pedestal.

Giving it a big, fat 0 stars is the least it deserves. This appliance is a complete nightmare – it has the nerve to suck up water like there's no tomorrow, even after being diligently turned off. It's a colossal failure. I implore you, for the love of sanity, steer clear of this abomination of a washer. It consistently throws 0C or 4C errors in my face, playing the drama queen when there's absolutely nothing wrong with the plumbing. One of its sensors decided to take an early retirement, leaving me with a useless hunk of metal. Spare yourself the aggravation and avoid this infuriating excuse for a machine!

Bought this one a couple of weeks ago, when making my choice I was convinced that I can have this machine connected to my phone, that's what you can see on the photos above. But here comes disappointment - there is nothing nearly close to that, the application only serves to fetch description of codes that machine displays for the cases when something goes wrong. Complete garbage for me this app, just takes the space in my phone. If there is an error code I can always ask google, why do I need this app. Other than that the machine has no connection to the phone, it is not the IoT device, the photos are really misleading. Overall, did not have any issues with the machine within these couple of weeks, its quiet and I like the pre-wash option, does great job

An issue we had was the graphics on the control panel. They slowly started to fade. We contacted support and within a few weeks, the panel was replaced. For the price, this washer is top notch.

The washer is extremely quiet! I like the display, very easy to understand and nice bright blue display. I had a 20 year old washer prior, and my laundry now feels brand new! Nice & soft again! The capacity is huge! Fits king size bedding all in 1 load! The features/settings are a wide variety from quick wash to sanitize. Sanitize is great for the kids stuffed animals!! Blue LED lighting makes everything easy to see on this sleek washer! UPDATE: after months of using, I still highly recommend this washer
