It is efficient and gets the clothes very clean. One thing I have a small issue with is that it is not as quiet as my previous model.

I'm a Hispanic woman in my 30s and was able to set it up alone. Will keep yall posted jic anything changes. But happy so far with the way it looks and performs. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had my new Samsung washer for three weeks and could not be happier with it. It replaced our Samsung washer that was 13 years old and finally gave out. This one is amazingly quiet and does a great job of getting dirty clothes clean. We were able to put it on the old pedestal base that went with her previous washer so that was a bonus. The clothes are spun so dry that they only need about half the time in the dryer as those washed in our old washer. If I could change anything, it would be the ability to remove the detergent cup. Sometimes water remains in that area and it’s hard to dry because you cannot remove the detergent cup as we could with our old washer. That means having to try to blot the water dry with paper towels. That may not bother some but we like to keep our washer as dry as possible to keep down any potential odor problems. Overall, I am extremely happy with the washer.

Leaves my clothes smelling fresh and clean. Quick wash is my best friend! The tune it plays when my clothes are done is so cute lol. I will be purchasing the matching dryer soon enough :)

We purchased the washer 2 years ago, washing 2 loads per week. The washer now stays on spin cycle for hours doing 1/4 turns, no error code either. 2 reparimen later and the suspected faulty control board is no longer made. I will never again purchase a samsung product. 2 years and they dont make the pcb any longer!!!!

They have all the features we were looking for at a price point that made they an excellent choice. With them stacked the amount of floorspace they require is cut in half and are still accessible for me 6'3" and my wife 5'5". Having the stackable option was one we were looking for as it allowed us to maintain counter space for folding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Although we have only owned the washer for a very short time, it has exceed all expectations to date and has just need some minor balance adjustments that I think is to be expected. I do like the fact that it has a different and improved motor system and also has easy access to the washer filter for periodic cleaning. I also like the fact that if desired you can access the washer via bluetooth app. However, I urge all to read the reviews before connecting. To connect you must give access to all of your personal cellphone information including your blood type..grin, well almost.
