These potatoes are excellent - just buy them if you can find them bc they sell out fast! I suggest you put a pat of butter on top along with s/p before baking. Pairs great with a great steak & vegetable. Enjoy

Bought this a couple days ago - looked interesting. Absolutely delicious! We microwaved them, easy peasy. Leftovers great for lunches and another dinner. Creamy, cheesy, great mozzarella flavor. I think some reviewers were expecting a stronger cheese flavor like cheddar or swiss instead of the mildness of the mozzarella. Great side dish to a flavorful entree!
