As a dental hygienist, I am telling you…the bristles are definitely NOT soft as advertised. They are extremely hard and coupled by the power from the electric toothbrush these have the potential to be abrasive and wear down your enamel layer. Once your enamel is worn down, it is unable to repair itself. Definitely not worth the risk, folks. Anyone in the dental field will tell you- soft bristles only! Very disappointed that Phillips would distribute a product like this

Fits a little loose and will fall off easily. Bought these replacement heads twice before and they weren’t this loose. Just touching the stem the head falls off the brush base. They do work to brush your teeth but for this price and multi-pac I’m stuck with them. Very disappointed in the quality of this replacement pack.
