Don't get me wrong...I love the wipes and I buy them all the time, but the way they were packaged in the box leaves a lot to be desired. The recent order we received had individual packages stuck together, without the lids...the lids were loose within the box. This is unacceptable, because obviously, they were "packaged" like that into the containment box.

I understand subtle downsizing happens often in retail products but this was not very subtle. For years I have paid just under $19.00 for baby wipes at Sam’s which included a huge box with 18 packages full. This most recent purchase was more than $22.00 for a box of 12 packages. Some alternatives may have included to drop the number of packages for the same price or raise the price accordingly with the same number of containers - the way this was done is a double whammy.

I use to get wipes from another warehouse but started getting Sam's years ago and it was a smart choice.

I have been using these wipes for probably about 10 years and I loved them until this last box that I purchased. The material used is slippery on one side and grips on the other. That is not a good combination for wiping backsides. Please go back to the previous manufacturer and/or materials used. This feels like less cotton and more polyester like, unnatural materials. If something isn't broken, don't change it.

Have always used these but one day i wiped up the table after snacktime and it smelled like old nasty set water. Realized ALL the wipes do. Never noticed this until more recently but at least the last two boxes i had are like this. They are solely for the dog now and hah to switch to brand name now.

I sent these wipes to daycare with my baby only to find out they were moldy. I told Sam's and they reimbursed me which was nice, but this is a larger issue. Of course we had already used some. PLEASE ensure you're checking every single wipe before using these.

It's a great product. Have been using this for years now. Started to buy it when my kid was and infant. It's really gentle on skin. Now we use this just was a wipe down. As an adult, I use this to wipe my hands and face when traveling. It's a great quality wipe and soft on skin.

Do not waste your money on these cheap wipes. I usted to buy Huggies brand and I changed to these because they were cheaper, but it was a huge mistake. These wipes are very dry and thin they barely even clean anything. Yes the packs are bigger than other brands but they are not worth it. Never again I'm very disappointed.

I've been using these wipes since my daughter was born and they were AMAZING. I told everyone I knew to buy them because they were amazing and well priced. I won't be doing that anymore. You changed everything about these wipes and they're awful now. Change. Them. Back.

Bought some July 17 and they were already bad. The wipes kept sticking to themselves and couldn't pull just one out, everytime at least 4 came out stuck together… now I bought another box hoping for the best.. WRONG the quality is even worse. The wipes are so thin.. I might as well use my bare hand. Incredibly disappointed.
