Cant Use Anymore

Their new and improved formula has not worked out well for my daughter at all. First of all, these “fragrance free” wipes now have a scent. Second, they now give my daughter a rash. It’s a shame because these worked SO WELL before. They were a great deal and the perfect texture. Guess I will need to switch to Pampers (I don’t like the texture of Huggies, they tend to roll and peel when you wipe). Be cautious if you are reordering these wipes because they used to be your go-to. They are now an entirely different product. Do not recommend.

Some Reactions

I have 2 toddlers and recently started using these wipes again. In the fall both boys reacted. I tried them again and now one of the boys is red and crying every few days. The one with more sensitive skin is not reacting, so I can’t say what the cause is but we won’t be purchasing anymore.

Recall Needed

My son never had a problem with diaper rashes until our recent purchase of these! They caused welts on his bum and he's terrified of diaper changes now. Rumor is that the factory mixed up the CLEANING wipes with the baby wipes. I can't believe there's no issued statement on this yet.

Our wipes did go through a formulary change to reduce the amount of ingredients and to introduce gentler common ingredients. The formulation is now free of phenoxyethanol – and continues to be free of fragrance, parabens, and alcohols. Our wipes have been thoroughly assessed for safety and potential health hazards by an independent board-certified toxicologist. Bleach, chlorine, or alcohol are not used in the cleaning or processing of any product contact point equipment. Our production lines and facilities are dedicated to the production of adult and baby wipes only. There are no surface cleaning wipes produced within the facility. CHEMICAL BURNS - NEED TO BE RECALLED

We were using huggies wipes and I decided to get these because they were cheaper... TERRIBLE DECISION! These wipes gave my son a chemical burn which is unacceptable from a wipe claiming to be 99% water, hypoallergenic, gentle, etc.... THESE WIPES NEED TO BE RECALLED AND IMMEDIATELY PULLED FROM THE SHELF BEFORE MORE BABIES HAVE TO ENDURE THIS!!

Making my baby bleed

I have used this wipes since shortly after my baby was born with no problems... just opened a new box and now when I wipe her she starts bleeding in random spots on her bum. I am so upset. She now screams at diaper changes nothing correlated until I wiped her mouth and the same thing happened and she has burn marks around her mouth

New "impoved" formula caused red bottoms

I've used these wipes for my 18 month old twins since they were newborns and loved them. But when they "improved" the formula a few months ago they started to causes red bottoms. I didn't think it was the wipes until I saw another mom post about it on Facebook. I changed to a different brand and within a day the redness was gone. These need recalled.

Unscented? Foul smelling, 2× as loud as scented!

I've used the unscented for years before and never had a problem except being sold out most times. Little to no sent on the previous ones. I bought these a month ago and it has a foul smell that will fill the whole room as soon as you open it. Smells like a sweet yet mildew scent. I don't use it for babies or I would have thrown them away. I've used them out of necessity but I wish Sam's Club would swap the ones I bought for the scented ones to appease this unhappy customer. It's a shame, all use to buy is the unscented. From now on I will buy the scented which has a much milder set than these unscented. I remember reading they had changed the unscented and made them better. Evidently the person who took the smell test on these has lost all sense of smell. These are absolutely horrid! I don't usually write bad reviews but this is fully deserved! Please fix the problem as I can't be the only one that received these funky wipes! Would love to buy the unscented as it was before. It was a decent product before you decided to improve on it. They literally were 99% unscented.

New and improved is not as it seems

I’ve been purchasing these since early 2020 for my sensitive skin son. I had stocked up on several boxes so I just recently purchased on of the “new and improved” label boxes. Unfortunately, whatever they changed caused an allergic reaction resulting in something similar to a chemical burn. I’m so disappointed; I’ve loved these wipes for years! I’m not sure why manufacturers want to change an already excellent product and risk losing customers.
