The steam and sanitize features keep the clothes in their shape and structure which means less damage and more use. Aside from the music that it plays when the drying is done everything is top notch!

This dryer is super frustrating. On the surface it looks like a great dryer. However, the moisture sensor is way to aggressive. Even when I put it set to maximum dryness it still stops way short of where the clothes should be. Who wants to walk around with wet waists and collars? Sure I can put it on time dry and go that route but what's the point of having a sensor function that performs so horribly? I see by other reviews that I'm not alone.

DO NOT BUY THIS DRYER! Had less than 3 years, and 2 months ago, DRYER wouldn't dry, but it would turn on. Warranty expired. Had a repair guy out.. replaced 2 thermostats and $285 invoice. Today, exactly 2 mos after the thermostats were replaced, THE SAME THING HAPPENED .. Won't dry, but will turn on. i have wet clothes and waiting on repair guy to arrive! This is a CRAP DRYER. The matching washer isn't any better. Within a month of owning it, it started leaking all over the utility floor. THAT was covered under warranty, and a New one was delivered to replace it. The spin cycle is so dramatic, it makes the washing machine "dance", knocking into the dryer! it's awful. I've had to fold a towel and wedge betwern appliances to keep them from getting damaged! DO NOT BUY! YOU'LL ONLY HAVE HEADACHES!!

It also has a auto sensors whic allows For the machine to change modes best suited for weight and capacity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far really like this. I've had the entry level wash/dryer for several years and really liked them but wanted to upgrade to 7.5 cu ft with steam. I've only had them a few weeks now but great so far. We really like the platinum look as well.
