Bought this dryer w/it's washer counterpart on 1-14-23. I loved it from the very beginning and then 1 month later the timing no longer works. It starts at a time designated for that cycle and then within 2-3 seconds, it goes immediately to 1 and then off. The company who sold it to us, is going to give a replacement. Crossing my fingers the replacement works after only 1 month. We had a very old (30) years dryer, that lasted more than we could have ever expected. It is a crime they don't make anything like they used to. Everything is a throw away. Super sad.

The only problem is that most loads won't dry on the preset normal setting. Everything has to be dried on heavy duty cycle. Absolutely love the steam drying cycle.

Worst. Sooooo bad. I received three defective dryers. When we turned it on, there is a loud scraping metal sound. Ordering the replacement was a nightmare. In the end, I returned the whole set; this was also a nightmare. I returned the bundle, and when they came to pick it up, they could only take the washer because the dryer was a replacement. The call center is not helpful; you also don't get confirmation emails so you have no record of the interaction.

My favorite features are the steam options. It was super simple to hook up (I’m not handy at all) and it works perfectly. I love all of the settings. It’s so easy to use. I’m so glad I bought this matching set. Delivery was easy and quick.

The wifi features I never thought I'd use have been so useful and actually fun to use. Super quiet too. Our laundry room is right next to our bedroom and I can't hear them when they are on.

I like to wash my clothes in the evening, so having the drying work faster is a huge benefit. The wifi integration/mobile notification is super helpful, because the dryer is so quiet. Overall, definitely worth the money.

I bought this 2 months ago. Had it hooked up a month later. I dont know when it got a slight dent in the side either when installing or during delivery. When Setup the dryer made a crazy noise. I called samsung and they sent down technician who said that this happened when delivered and it is making the drum hit the sides. Samsung refused to fix or replace under warranty. My plumber insists that he didnt damage it when installing. I am left with a brand new unused dryer that is worthless. Even if this happened during installation, it should be warrantied. There was no neglect or malpractice. If something gets a dent so easily, something is wrong with the product.

The performance is a nice step up, and the dryer is working beautifully for all of our drying needs. I've got a couple of nits to pick - none of them showstoppers, but just FYI: - The end of cycle tones can be silenced, but there's no way to silence the sounds it makes when using the controls. - Some cycles that were previously on the knob (like towels) now require using an app to load. and, well, that's it! Minor complaints, to be sure. I chose Samsung because the old dryer worked so well, and the new one is doing the job faster and more quietly.

I wish you had the option of Propane installed prior to delivery but even that conversion from NG was not hard. The different options are nice, it dries well and fast. Hoping it lasts for many years
