I can hear the little tune in plays upon finishing across the house. The dryer has a modern look. I would recommend this dryer. A++++++++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new Samsung to replace our old Samsung which was about 13 year old. The old one had developed a continuous banging noise that certainly was going to lead to a failure. So, we proactively bought new. This new machine makes a banging noise in transition between speeds that literally sounds like a jackhammer. It has frightened my daughters when they are in a different level in the house! It significantly (2x) louder than our old one. Some cycles we don't hear much noise, some loads are louder than others. We have not been able to associate with with a type of load (towels, or just t-shirts). We will be contacting service to have them come out and take a look. I expect them do say it's normal. Very unhappy with the noise level, to the point we may just write it off financially has a mistake. The machine is level side to side and back to back.

I love all the features and how easy it is to use. It is also super efficient, even without the super speed it is pretty fast! I love it!

Very happy with the dryer's volume, the drying capacity, and the smart features - such as receiving notification on your pohone when your clothes are dry. Highly recommended.

I keep manuals on hand for easy reference. Fortunately, the washer manual does explain washer cycles. It is just the dryer manual that is worthless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase this unit a year ago and am so glad with the upgrade. The unit I owed prior was also a samsung but it was 2 models before this unit, which I placed in one of my rental and truth be told still works great and the tenant is happy with it. This model has more and better feature. Obviously I love Samsung, I own Samsung TV, phone, washer, dryer, stove etc... Point is Samsung has always been reliable and I will continue being a loyal customer as long as they continue providing great products and customer service.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer needs a lil bit of work.... it does a great job of drying the clothes on the automated cycle, the second time you set it. It doesn't sense that the clothes are still wet the first time after you put the clothes in from the washing machine. I know it's not a venting issue, because I just installed this washer/dryer and I ran all new duct work up and out the vent. It's a "sensing" issue. The dryer is supposed to only dry till the sensors detect that there's no moisture left in the clothing. That's not working right. The second time, after the first 39 minute cycle is done, dries the clothing perfectly. I'm not done troubleshooting this issue yet, but I'll report back when I fix it.

Saves a lot of time ironing. Also my phone notifies me every time my load is done so I never forget. Will recommend to anyone looking for something reliable and works great.

I bought this 2 months ago. Had it hooked up a month later. I dont know when it got a slight dent in the side either when installing or during delivery. When Setup the dryer made a crazy noise. I called samsung and they sent down technician who said that this happened when delivered and it is making the drum hit the sides. Samsung refused to fix or replace under warranty. My plumber insists that he didnt damage it when installing. I am left with a brand new unused dryer that is worthless. Even if this happened during installation, it should be warrantied. There was no neglect or malpractice. If something gets a dent so easily, something is wrong with the product.

It let's me know when my clothes are dry, I can also start my drying cycle via the app. I love the champagne color also. I would love to have All of my appliances be champagne. So far I'm very pleased with this dryer.
