Purchased this couch to use while working on our damaged home as the cost of motels was ridiculous after Storm Michael. Didn't expect it to be as comfortable as it was while really looking neat, Prospective buyers requested the couch remain.

Bought this 2 months ago for my son's apartment. The front leg snapped off and the middle support leg is wrecked. My son weighs 145. It rated at 400lbs.Bad spot weld.

We didn't even have this for a year when the upholstery started coming unstitched and a leg broke. With the Serta name and the price, I really thought it would hold up better.

I like a firm mattress, but this is like sleeping on a rock. My shoulder hurts and I can't sleeve for more than a few hours. I like it for sitting on, but for sleeping, be prepared to invest in 2-4 inches of memory foam.

Bought this a few years back before Covid. Still holding up well and looks nice in my spare room for guests. Easy to assemble and love the charging plugs, so company can charge their phones while visiting or just watching TV.

I purchased this last year and after 9-10 months of normal use the seams began to unravel and the leather cracked. This is terribly disappointing. No one answers the phone at my local Sam's club since the pandemic.

I bought it for my apartment a month ago and I love it. I've slept on it and used as a couch and a bed. Only draw back to it is that it is really heavy and awkward to carry. Had to take it up two flights of stairs and it was a pain.

Very comfortable for lounging and sleeping.
