Single picture did not show set up as bed and it ended up not being what we thought it was. A little disappointed. We thought it folded out into a bed and it turns out that the back just reclined to make it a bed. Workman ship as also a little poor. The base appears to be mounted crooked.

Very comfortable

We bought 2 Serta Coach back In January 2021 and a year later the kegs started falling apart the wood broke. I called Sam's and they said it been over 90 since I purchased it so they won't return it. I know Sam's policy however this is a manufacture defect and Sam's should stand behind their products. I work hard for my money and I do today $400 $509 product to last me a year. I think Sam's should look into their policy and Serta should provide better quality

First issue I had with this, was the center support was flimsy and broke off, I had a hard time between Sam's Club and the manufacturer getting a replacement piece. I looked at the replacement piece and the screw on it was flimsy looking at the wheels. So I had to make a more sturdier center support that screwed in the existing hole. Now comes a couple months later, and when it's in Chase configuration, the left side is flimsy like it doesn't lock in place. I am nowhere near the maximum weight limit. And it's hard to get a hold of Cerda for warranty, it is comfortable to Leon, I like the configuration options, but I'm very unhappy with the quality. I don't think this thing will last year, wasted $400.

Just got this futon, not even 24 hrs. SOS heavy took 4 people to bring upstairs. After moving the sofa the leg snapped of at the welding joint! Poor workmanship. So disappointed now I have to figure how to take it back. Not happy at all! Didn't expect this quality of furniture. Just saw other reviews. Seems most people have the same problems so why do they continue to sell this?

We bought this couch in August of 2021 and only had the couch for 4 months until the platform underneath cracked. Also, the front leg came off since it was only attached with staples. Couch is unusable. Very disappointed that the this couch did not last at all! We are attempting to repair it, but doubtful it will last very long afterward.

Made well

We purchased this couch a few years back. The USB ports and plug ins never worked, and after about 8 months the pleather began to spider web and peel. It is not a couch you want to sit on for a long period of time as it is fairly stiff and uncomfortable. Its redeeming value for us was that our kids enjoyed sleeping in it when it was folded down. The legs are a bit flimsy as well, the bolts easily come undone. We tried to return it to no avail. Would not buy again. Price is almost $200 more expensive then it was two years ago.

I purchased 2 of these to update the family room. They look nice and I love the firm support. I have one set up like a sofa and the other with the top up so we can stretch our legs and watch TV. The only negatives were - One of them had something sticky on the top cushion (where you rest your back) it in a spot. I scratched it off with my fingernail and a damp washcloth but it was sticky. The zipper that holds the legs/parts underneath was broken so we can see the fabric hanging down underneath. When they packaged it they put some sort of plastic red label to identify where the parts are located and in the process broke the zipper. It's frustrating since it's brand new. I would return it to the store and exchange but I rented a truck to pick these up and don't want to pay again. The other one has a 2 scuffs on the top but they aren't visible unless you look at it from above the sofa. I would recommend when putting the legs on that you put the screws in part way until you have all 3 in. One of the legs had a staple or something covering the hole and we had a heck of a time getting it to go on. We eventually did but it was frustrating. It's a nice product but I was a little surprised at the flaws. I expect a certain quality when I buy things at Sam's Club.

My first one broke within 10 months of owning it, and the cushion lasted still throughout the 10 months until it was returned. However, I just purchased another one in July and it's broke within one month and the padding is gone. Also within less than a month. The bar is extremely horrible in the middle. I am thinking this was just a bad defective item. I will purchase a third one and I hope they have fix the issues. since it went up in price, 100 more dollars.
