My dogs choice for a treat

The only treat my girl LOVES. She will deny all other treats and hold out for a “chicken treat”. I love the fact there are not added ingredients. I only wish Sam’s would carry it all the time. When they get it in stock, I buy many bags and hope it will be back in stock when I am close to running out!

Great for diabetic dog.

One main ingredient with added nutrients. Human grade treat, our dog loves them! Highly recommend, our Vet approved these treats.

My dogs favorite treat!

My beagle Lexi loves these chicken breast strips. I have been buying them at Sam’s club for several months, but lately they have not been available in store. Please don’t stop carrying them. I had to order online this past month.

Chicken Breast for dogs

So I buy these every few months and this last time one of the packages had a hole in it and when it was delivered, ants got into the product AND in my house! The hole appeared to have been cut as with a box cutter, maybe at the store when the stockers cut open the main box from the manufacturer. So it took pictures of this and I’ll share them below. This has never happened before. I was able to wash the food (outside because there were a LOT of ants). Otherwise, I will still purchase these because my dog, Chase, loves these!

San Bernardino Sam's has nasty looking treats

San Bernardino store is selling dry white powdery chicken treats. gross looking. if bought this chicken for years and this is totally difythan every before. white powdery nasty looking tiny pieces. I'll stay away from that location, hopefully it's only that store that has the old nasty looking chicken treats. never seen this from Riverside store. so gross

Received a dried up bag of these treats

I would normally give these 5 stars because my dogs absolutely love them and they are not filled with all kinds of junk. first time I have ever had a problem. The photo below to the left is what the treats look like vs the right which is the latest batch of the dog treats I received. They look all dried out as if they were out baking in the sun. I'll be heading back to Sams club to return these. They almost look like they were repackaged. I hope Sam's checks the quality of these treats before sending them out. I would hate to order another batch only to have to run back to the store to return them.

Possible health risk

I hadn't seen the other one star reviews that talk about the toughness or possible choking hazards. For a couple of years, I bought this for my two large dogs, and I was happy with the product. There was something wrong with the last bag I bought, though. All the chicken in the bag was extremely shriveled and coated in a white powdery substance. I returned the bag, and showed the customer service representative a sample of what it normally looked like. They were shocked and refunded my money. I went to buy some more and discovered the whole pallet of the product was the same. I went back to the service desk and told them about the problem, and I even left the "healthy" sample with them so they could show their boss. Sadly, I went back a week later and they were still selling the corrupt product. That is why I am writing this review--for the sake of any dogs who might eat it. Please beware. One of the pictures shows me holding a normal piece of the product next to a bag of the dessicated product.

Too hard!

Too tough for my dog to chew. She ended up wanting to swallow the whole piece and then cough it up. I dont want her to choke on these so i returned it.

Dangerous treat

If you have small dogs be aware it is a choking hazard as the chicken tendon was not removed. You will need to remove it in every piece. My 6lb child choked.
