My family preferred this tissue because its soft, but the last one we bought is not as soft its a little rough . if this is how the tissue is cutting cost of protection but raising the price i will buy a different tissue . very disappointing

They changed this TP and it now feels super cheap and falls apart. The plys just fall apart and separate. I've purchased this for years but will not be buying again!

This tissue is pretty good, 2 ply but the price is outrageous. It used to be $15 back in the day, went to $19.99 and now $24, I refuse to buy it. Who wants to pay $24 for paper that gets flushed down the toilet, not me

Squares are way too small, talk about shrink flation. Rolls keep getting less squares and squares are smaller. While soft just too small and if you look at the size it is very expensive

Overall the product is great. Other than they keep raising the price. Be careful getting it delivered bc they dont have a clue how to ship the product. Always arrives like they had heavy boxes piled on top. Use common sense people.

terrible awful quality compared to what it once was before shrink flation got to it. this used to be softer than name brand, but it is so rough. I feel like i am wiping with sand paper. not worth the money anymore. do not buy.

Dusty and crumbly mess. This paper sheds so much I feel the need to shower after each use! There’s no way to get clean without leaving half the roll stuck behind. The remnants also leave you itchy and uncomfortable. Definitely will not be buying again.

I began buying MM tissue during Covid. Quality has not been as good, lately, which follows with a price increase. This isn't an isolated occurence in our current world. I agree with reviews that a stray non-MM roll, "sneaks" into packaging. It shreds, easily and/or won't have perforations for easy tearing, straight. I have DEFINITELY felt the the quality, decrease with all MM rolls. Perhaps reviewers that still consider this "as soft as Charmin", have numb bums, by now. I do still buy MM, but I'm buying & monitoring the quality or lack, there-of. I do still buy this, along along with buying Charmin Soft, as well. There is Absolutely, No Comparrison! NONE! As to which brand is, Softer! Buying BOTH brands gives me the option of Softness, I prefer. Plus, the MM is handily available, as well for the "backside business", so I am able to not have to buy Charmin, as often. Customers finding MM "soft" or their "go to" brand helps ensure me, that Charmin is more available, to me! Thanks, loyal MM TP users!!

The last two cases I bought were terrible. They were full of loose fibers, like when the paper was mixing it clumped then was pressed. Lots of paper "dust all over the place as the rolls are being used when the clumps of fiber fall all over. Will need to try a different brand for a while.

I've only been a member for less than 4 months. First purchase I paid $19.95,next it went up to 21.95, now its 24.46!! At this rate it will be $30+ by years end! Its the entire reason I joined Sams Club--- to get this value, the value is gone! Ridiculous🙄😯
