What happened Sam's Club??? This used to be a great value and product! For a decade I've bought it. In the last two months it has been so thin and rough in comparison to what it once was. Third world countries might be impressed with it, but were not any more! Really bummed out! ;)

One star only because this is awful for septic tanks!!!just had my tank pumped and this is the only toilet paper used since buying the house new! It doesn’t break down! It is indeed soft and great but if you have a septic tank DONT USE THIS TP! It cost us $400 more on the pump cause this doesn’t break down. If you are on a sewer then by all means this is a soft alternative to charmin. But again not safe for septic systems!!!!

This stuff is trash. It seems as soon as you put a roll up it needs to be replaced. I truly do mot believe the count of sheets is correct. This stuff is also so thin it would need at least 2 more plys to be any good. I thought the club had good name brand stuff under their name. This is the only Makers Mark I ever purchased that was and is trash. There are so may better papers on this site that they don't sell in the store so they can push this paper. It truly is too thin, not soft and short rolls! I will NEVER again purchase this paper!

I don't know if they recently changed the way this TP is cut or what, but the last package we got is horrid. The ends of every roll are frayed and have fuzzy balls coming off and making a mess and leaving behind TP everywhere you use it. (Sorry for TMI, but it's true). I have preferred this type in the past, but not anymore. We will be switching brands.

I love this toilet paper. We have purchase this for delivery several times and I can't complain about it whatsoever. It's comparable to the people Cottonelle brand and holds up to wiping. I haven't noticed any residual paper being left behind, and it's great in terms of shipping and price.

The reason for the 1 STAR review is. Long story short I’ve been using this product for years and recently haven’t been very satisfied with the price and quality. It says it is strong but it’s anything but strong the 2 ply is weaker than what would be a 1 ply toilet paper for example 1 year ago

I see quite a few other customers have noticed the same thing I have. This is no longer the same great paper it used to be. The last three packages I have purchased have had problems. The paper separates and you have 2 thin pieces, especially at the beginning of the roll. It looks like it no longer bonds together, feels less soft and appears to be not as wide as it once was. I may have to changed brands if this continues.

I buy this toilet paper on a regular basis. It always comes to me in a box to protect the plastic and the toilet paper. However, my two packages of toilet paper were delivered as you see them in the picture. No box! And the plastic was ripped on the packaging, which made my toilet paper ripped and on top of that the toilet paper was delivered to my neighbors house with no label on it. If I wasn't friendly with my neighbor, they would've never called me and told me that my toilet paper was on their front porch ripped. I'm Very unhappy about this transaction. This has never happened before so I'm not sure what happened now. Somebody on the other end was being lazy when packaging my toilet paper. Not sure why the delivery man was on the slow side as well, not delivering it to the proper house. Probably because there was no label on it. Not really sure even how they got it to my neighbors house.

I've been using this toilet paper for years and just lately I've been asking myself why when I know every single time I buy it that it's going to leave "lint" behind. It's worse than it's ever been lately so I guess I've finally had enough and am changing brands.
