I have been buying this tissue brand for many years and I am sad to say, the quality has gotten far worse as of this year. It falls apart so you have to use much more with each use and it is so unhygienic especially for women because it leaves much lint behind. I will try something differently next shopping trip for the first time in many years.

I used to love this product, switching from cottonelle years ago - but recently, I've noticed we need to use more to be effective, also, that starting a new roll is incredibly difficult. What happened? The cost has gone up $5 in the last 2 yrs - you'd think you wouldn't need to cheapen the product also. Disappointed.

This TP used to be the best, soft and strong. As always they have ruined a good thing and sacraficed quality instead of just raising the price. This TP is now rough as sandpaper. You can hear the difference as it actually rustles when you pull it off the roll.

One star only because this is awful for septic tanks!!!just had my tank pumped and this is the only toilet paper used since buying the house new! It doesn’t break down! It is indeed soft and great but if you have a septic tank DONT USE THIS TP! It cost us $400 more on the pump cause this doesn’t break down. If you are on a sewer then by all means this is a soft alternative to charmin. But again not safe for septic systems!!!!

I don't know if they recently changed the way this TP is cut or what, but the last package we got is horrid. The ends of every roll are frayed and have fuzzy balls coming off and making a mess and leaving behind TP everywhere you use it. (Sorry for TMI, but it's true). I have preferred this type in the past, but not anymore. We will be switching brands.

Soft but tough

The first time I bought this paper was when the pandemic had taken all the tp off the shelves. I always bought Great Northern Ultra Plush before. But could not find it. So I bought this and thought, this "cheap" stuff will be better than none at all. I was so pleasantly surprised at the quality. Now I buy it because I prefer it. It is amazing! And the price is great!

If you pat gently, this TP is ok. But if you rub it against yourself, you will likely be forming little capsules containing whatever you wanted to rub off. These capsules then stick to any place of your person that has a bump, a hair, or a fold. It's gross and leaves me feeling like I want a shower.

I can't tell you any more than this is the BEST BATH TISSUE I have ever used. I told my husband, who likes the leading brand, who is now totally convinced members mark is better, but now he has use up his leading brand before he touches my Members Mark bath tissue. "RIGHT AGAIN.....the wife!

We loved this brand and were loyal customers for years. However the last package we bought 3 weeks ago is so different. Paper is so thin now and no longer soft but harsh. This is definitely the last time we purchased Sam's brand and will be looking for something else.
