Bait & Switch

We’ve been buying this TP for years unfortunately after the great TP shortage of 2020 SC made the rolls smaller and it’s not as good of a deal anymore:-(

quality has decreased significantly

This used to be the best toilet paper you could buy. It was very strong and soft very comparable to the more expensive brands. But recently they have changed the product and now it is extremely rough and feels cheap.

Declining Quality???

We have used this produce exclusively for nearly three years. It has always been fantastic. But the most recent package is very different - not nearly as soft as it has always been. I'm really hoping this is a temporary change!

value and quality

I don’t usually buy non brand name items. I used the sand brand for years. I never wanted to try it until the shortage in toilet paper. This toilet paper is just as good as the leading brand name. Members mark brand is becoming a must buy for me.

Changed the product

I have bought this toilet paper for years. I have always been pleased but my most recent package it much different. Much thinner, not absorbent at all. I will be changing my purchasing of this product. Very disappointing.

Hard Bath tissue.

The bath tissue used to be very soft. The one I purchased 5 days ago is hard and not as soft as it used to be. It almost felt like I was using paper towel. Very disappointed.

Please bring back the old stuff!

I used to LOVE this product- it was the perfect hybrid between Charmin red and blue. Upon receiving my last order, this product changed! It is now super scratchy. Very disappointing, please bring back the other stuff it was great!
