Quality has declined.

This used to be the best toilet paper. It didn't stick to you when you wiped and it was soft. Unfortunately, over the past year I have noticed that I have been getting "bad batches" I'll get a pack that's soft and what I'm used to, then I'll open another and it's full of rough toilet. Even my best friend has noticed it's quality has been declining, so it's not just me. Really sad the quality has taken a dive. You really are rolling the dice with it. Some are good, some are bad.
