The actual cardboard tube is now much larger and the entire roll isn’t. This means they’re price remains the same while you’re getting less toilet paper. Not a big deal until you then realize everything in the store is being adjusted therefore you’re paying more.

First time buying this and I love it. I was a die hard Scott TP only forever but decided to give this a try as it said septic safe and I’m glad we did. It doesn’t leave lint where it shouldn’t, it’s soft, hasn’t clogged the toilet and the price is right.

Store brand toilet papers are notorious for being thin and harsh. I have a condition that causes me to be an extra frequent user, so I appreciate all the help I can get. This one feels like brand name quality and it saves me a lot over the course of the year, not needing to buy the more expensive toilet paper. Extra bonus points: it also doesn't seem to clog the toilet as readily as the brand name product did.

This toilet paper is an excellent value. It's very economical to buy this Member's Mark product. It is soft. I would describe its softness in between Scott toilet paper and Charmin toilet paper. It's probably right in the middle between those two and is adequate to meet most needs.

This used to be my favorite toilet paper... but not anymore. The quality has gone. It leaves lint everywhere, tears and rolls when using, and does not "feel" the same on the skin. It also used to be 265 sheets, 45 rolls, and much cheaper. Sam's needs to reevaluate what they are doing with their brands if they want to keep competitive with other brands. I, and I'm sure most others that purchase store brands, want quality at a better price.

I used to buy this brand all the time and I loved it. But it seems the past two times I have purchased this it just shreds whenever you wipe. And by the looks of the other reviews I'm not the only one having problems recently. I am very disappointed. I won't be buying this kind again.

I have purchased this for many, many years, but this last purchase was my last purchase of this brand. It is simply not the same product. It falls apart, doesn't clean as well and I have to wonder if it has fiberglass in it like the Huggies baby wipes did last year. We both had abrasions and bleeding after just a couple of uses. Talk about tearing you a new one! DON"T bring this product home. The Northern bath tissue has also changed and, while it isn't quite as bad, it is still not the product it was a few years ago.

Just bought new package and it is HORRIBLE. Rolls are smaller and its like sandpaper now. We have used this TP for years & have some of the old in 2nd bathroom and, oh my gosh, what a difference and not for the better. Do NOT recommend. After using one roll the ole "poop-shoot " feels raw...

So happy you’ve asked our opinion. I wish you would stop making the ROLLS OF PAPER SMALLER FIRST THEY ARE HAVING LESS PAPER MAKING THE ROLLS SMALLER THEN THE CARDBOARD CYLINDER IS SHORTER SO THERE IS LESS PAPER AGAIN it’s a rip off and the cost goes up , up , up while the amount of paper on each roll goes DOWN , DOWN, DOWN WHATS NEXT ???

I just opened my new package of toilet paper and see you have REALLY reduced the roll size! The price sure didn't change to reflect your reduction! It's a shame, another way to price gouge in these hard times for people. I thought you would be better than that.
