Very disappointed since this use to be some of the best toilet paper for the money. Last purchased late Oct 2024 and formula has been changed, rolls are not as wide, texture and thinkness is more like angel soft. Will have to look for a different toilet paper going forward.

Soft, strong, and decent sized rolls. Not quite as big as true double rolls. I'm paying $4 more to get 45 rolls than what I was paying to get 18 rolls of another brand with true double rolls, brand name. This is comparable in softness and strength, not as good, but close. For the price and size difference, I think it's still like getting about 32-34 rolls of the size I'm used to, so it's still worth the price.

Members Mark is the best value in TP based on number of plies, strength and softness, and most importantly, total square feet per club package. Some of the national brands have as much as 25% less paper and their club package is priced higher than MM. This is the best deal at Sam’s Club.

Got my toilet paper but the other 1/2 of my order never arrived. I had to “chat” with someone to even get a credit. I asked for compensation due to the wait of over one week and she politely said all she could do was $5. Terrible service. I am now disappointed Sams.

So linty!!!!! Goes everywhere!!!!! I knew they changed it a while ago, but decided to try it one more time. Females in the home have been itchy in areas when this has never happened before with any other toilet paper. This has changed for the worse! Cannot be good to use for long term use. Im not sure what chemicals are now used on this TP but I do not want any part of it.

I used to live this toilet paper. The quality was great and the price unbeatable. I just purchased 2, and I’m considering returning the unopened pack. The paper is now like Scott 1000. The sheets are super thin and harsh. All the squishy softness is gone. You have to use more and it feels harsh on my kids skin I will not buy again.

What happened? Member's Mark TP has drastically changed - so disappointed! First they "downsized" the squares & now the tissue is coarse & rough! If I still had the outer wrapper for the bulk packaging, I would take the remaining 4 packages back to Sam's for a refund!

So weirdly this is one of the few things I've heard mumbling about here and there. Why do you ask? Well because it's very good toilet paper for a great price! I've tried a lot of toilet paper, and this one honestly is just right. It's soft enough it is comfortable and doesn't irritate you too much, but it's still strong enough to do the job without issues. It also doesn't seem to have any lint issues, as well as tearing. I was using another clubs version and its well known to tear into strings almost and be annoying. Well this one is much better for the same price!

I’ve bought Member’s Mark toilet paper for many years. I’ve recently found your TP is NOT nearly as soft. I’d compared it to Quilted Northern before, but now it’s almost like school TP. I’m certain the company saved money making a less expensive product, but the lack of quality will highly diminish sales. Result: People will just pay more and go bk to the Name Brand TP to get a quality product. Disappointed as Member’s Mark prides themselves on great quality product.

During the first supply chain issue, we learned the difference in toilet paper quality. When I could not order this product, I ordered another brand somewhere else - big mistake. Could not wait to finish using it because it was awful. Felt like sandpaper and flimsy - totally the opposite of this product. This tissue is nicely textured to clean effectively, and soft enough for tender bottoms.
