This toilet paper used to be great, very comparable or better than name brand. Sometime during/after the TP shortage, they must have changed their product. Now it feels like poor knock off brand tissue. Thin and rough... highly disappointed they changed it.

I reordered the 45 Roll pack of ultra toilet paper and received 1800 fewer sheets than the last pack. Each roll is noticeably smaller. It’s like getting 7 fewer rolls per pack. Seven! Sam’s Club should have an alert for a reorder when the contents have changed so significantly.

I always buy this pack but i noticed the rolls have shrunk because I literally have a roll from the last pack and when i sat it on top of the prior one wow big difference. Im not happy they raised the price with less on the rolls. I tried uploading a picture of course wouldn’t let me

Bought this and when we started using it found that about a third of the rolls were full of lint and made a huge mess on the floor when you unrolled them. Not to mention the unpleasant idea of using them for what they are intended. Who wants lint on areas of your body where you use toilet paper? Called the number on the bag and was told no receipt no refund. Who saves the receipt for toilet paper? Will never buy this again.

We bought two packs of these from Sams but were still using up what we had previous purchased(same product). My husband always replaces the rolls so I didn't notice the difference until the master bathroom got the new rolls. I actually texted him at work and asked him "Whats up with the toilet paper?". It is now much thinner and very rough. I will be returning the pack that has yet to be opened but we are stuck finishing up the opened pack. They are actually running a special right now and I was going to purchase some but I'm glad I realized how their product has changed for the worse before I stocked up. I would not buy this again and if they do go back to the old quality they would have to prove it to me before I purchased this again.

We find this toilet paper to be soft and absorbent. Sam's Club has not raised the price at our club and we find it to be a good value and we appreciate being able to buy the bulk packages. I can stack 7 of these packs in a room with an 8 ft. ceiling.

I purchased this tissue on a recommendation from another member while in line at Customer Service. This is now the 2nd pack I have purchased during this pandemic. It is thick, so you use less, making it last longer. I will continue to purchase it as long as they continue with the current quality, size of each square and roll length. I would definitely recommend this product.

I have been buying this toilet paper for 20+ years and I do not know what you have changed but it is horrible. Throwing it away. So much fiber coming off I could not use it. I would love to post a photo. Please have someone contact me. I am 65 years old and this is the worst ordeal I have gone through. When I took it out balls of tissue were falling out on the floor on me everywhere. Looked like it had been mutilated by a cat! Either damaged in shipping or you have a quality control issue. Your website is not letting me add photos

I have been buying this tissue for years because the quality and value have always been very good. However, my most recent order is different: noticeably thinner, less soft, and a slightly different texture compared side-by-side with a roll from a previous order. Please do not reply that there has been no change, as you have replied to other recent reviews. I have both old and new rolls and the change is obvious - See attached picture. It is still a good product, but not as good as before.

Price is ridiculous !
