This is by far the best no brainer @ Sam's , as this is the best quality and bargain for my buck. No other brand or club comes close to this. But, in recent times the quality has become very inconsistent between my purchases. My last purchase before this was very cheaply made , I wondered whether it was a single-ply. It was very thin and the experience was frustrating. Thanks to Sam's , they have corrected the quality issue with this batch and the rolls I received are flawless this time. Most economical and frugal purchase and a money saver over the years for my family. Most importantly kudos to Sam's for not shrinking the sheet size and keeping it 4 X 4.27 inch size , while every other brand is racing to make the sheet size 3 X 3 inch the new normal without shame. It would be really great if the clubs re-stock the 275 sheets with 45 Mega Rolls, Item # 980024872. They were outta stock like forever. Thank you Sam's.

Sam's changed the composition of the toilet paper and although the rolls are the same in size and quantity, they have TOTALLY made this ONCE great product terrible. I always buy multiple packages and send college kiddos back with bundles but even the boys have said that its not the same and feels "really rough" I have noticed the quality slipping in the last year but chalked it up to a "random' roll that got into the mix. It WAS a fabulous bang for your buck when the quality was top notch but not so much anymore. Shame on Sams/Corporate for tweaking something that was already perfect for the consumer/customer and price point on a needed household items.

This toilet paper is okay. Good quality for price, but not wonderful. However, we shipped it and it was delivered in the rain and instead of putting it under the covered porch, it was left about halfway up the driveway to soak. It was wrapped inside and didn’t ruin, but what a mess!

I got a Sam's membership, and began purchasing this paper and other items in bulk. I first used this tissue at work and loved it immediately. It was stronger, thicker, and did a terrific job. NOW........the tissue is much thinner, smaller, and tears very easily. It takes over twice as much to do a worse job. WHY DID YOU CHEAP OUT? Keep the quality, even if you have to go up in price. I accidently ran upon an older roll at work this week, and the difference is huge. I will cancel my membership, and look elsewhere tor my paper products from now own if the quality doesn't return. It's not worth the membership price and increased paper price for products this poor.

I have been buying this toilet paper for 20+ years and I do not know what you have changed but it is horrible. Throwing it away. So much fiber coming off I could not use it. I would love to post a photo. Please have someone contact me. I am 65 years old and this is the worst ordeal I have gone through. When I took it out balls of tissue were falling out on the floor on me everywhere. Looked like it had been mutilated by a cat! Either damaged in shipping or you have a quality control issue. This was always our “go to” brand. We thought it was just as good as the named brand products for softness and strength. But something has changed and it’s now super rough and scratchy - why did you change it? We are now switching to Northern or Charmin - you lost us as customers unless you go back to the old process/version.

I have purchased this product for years, actually was the main reason I decided to get a membership, which is something I had always hated the idea of....pay a store to shop there....but I did. So the last time I shopped at Sam's I again made my bath tissue purchase and suddenly a product I really liked and I thought I could count on to stay the same was DIFFERENT. Have to use twice as much. Less lint it says, well that is because it is half as thick! WHY? Do you really think your shoppers are so stupid that we would be fooled by this? Come on now.....bring back the original thick bath tissue or I am DONE WITH SAM'S!!!

While the Member’s Mark bath tissue isn’t as thick or soft as Northern or Charmin, I think it’s still a good alternative to ‘name brand’ premium bathroom tissue, and better than the thinner and rougher standard tissues like Scott. For the price, you get With over 20% more sheets than Northern for the same price, it’s a good value with acceptable quality.

They changed the texture. It is not thick & soft anymore. This batch is completely different. I’ve been using this toilet paper for over 5 years. Members Mark decided to change its quality. Same cost. Worst quality. It’s gotten thinner & less soft. They were a good Charmin dupe. I dunno what this sandpaper is now

I love the quality of this tissue. I had been using a major brand for years exclusively. Well, the pandemic started and Sam's was the only place I could find tissue. I had to get it. I love it and will not use anything else. It's nice and thick and doesn't get all over your clothes like some other brands.
