I usually love Members Mark products, but I LOVE Charmin soft. But a reliable friend told me that MM toilet paper is just as good. So I tried 6 months ago & LOVED it! What a money-saver!! But I just bought again about 3-4 weeks ago. I HATE it. It's so rough. Not soft at all. Why did they change the toilet paper????

I was a strictly Charmin type of gal and only ever used Charmin Ultra Strong. I would say this toilet paper is comparable to that. I haven’t had any issues with the toilet paper breaking into small flecks when wiping, nor have I had an accidental finger slip lol. This toilet paper is soft and strong and it stays intact without leaving anything behind on your bum.

I like this TP, it's nice and thick and until recently was a very good value. I noticed though that my most recent purchase of this had significantly smaller rolls in the package than my previous purchase. When I removed some rolls to replace them in the bathroom, I noticed that the seemed smaller than before. I had one roll left on my TP holder in the bathroom so I compared them and sure enough, the new rolls are quite a bit smaller. Not sure if this is such a great bargain anymore.

Member's Mark toilet paper is better than a lot you would find in stores including the name brands. The best part is it's cheaper and you get more. If you have 1 or more people in your household you can't go wrong with this toilet paper especially with today's economy. I also like bulk buying and Sam's Club is good for that.

Used Charmin for years and after reading all the positive reviews for Member's Mark, decided to give it a try. The difference between the higher priced Charmin and MM is so negligible that it's not worth the money difference to stay with Charmin. As long as MM stays at this quality or above, I will continue to buy it.

I initially purchased this because it was an Instant Savings special. I would never buy store brand toilet paper because I don't like to go "cheap" with my toilet paper, and I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality of these rolls. It is a decent thickness and holds up well.

We've been using the Member's Mark toilet paper for over 20 years, and sometimes joke that it's the biggest reason we keep our Sam's membership active. Unfortunately, something has changed in the last half of 2024 - the texture is different, and the paper itself is no longer as absorbent, which seems to be a weird change to make to toilet paper until you consider that it means you need to use more to get the same cleanliness as before - and our family of four adults is definitely going through it faster. The cardboard core also seems to be super glued to the paper, the last couple of sheets used to come right off but now it just shreds and isn't worth trying. Really disappointed with these changes.

This was great bath tissue but they changed it. Now it's like paper, stiff and has lost all the softness it used to have. It doesn't even tear properly from the perforation. Please go back to how it used to be. Not only is it more expensive but the quality has been severely decreased.

Bought this and when we started using it found that about a third of the rolls were full of lint and made a huge mess on the floor when you unrolled them. Not to mention the unpleasant idea of using them for what they are intended. Who wants lint on areas of your body where you use toilet paper? Called the number on the bag and was told no receipt no refund. Who saves the receipt for toilet paper? Will never buy this again.

The shoppers did not come before our building locked the doors some how they got in and just left our package by an elevator but left and said our package was delivered. We went out walking the halls to see where it could be and found it by an elevator not by our door. This has happened every time I try to have something shipped they decide to deliver it instead and do not come before the Doors are closed for the night even thought I tell them to deliver before 5pm. So I’m thinking about closing my account as they don’t deliver at an early afternoon hour that I ask for.
