I see NO REASON to pay big $$$ for toilet paper! Granted you dont want single ply that takes 3 times as much....but with THIS, you get the "luxury" of the name brands without the luxury price. Granted, all of it seems expensive, but if you like the fancy stuff, you will love this and save some money!

I had been buying this toilet paper and loved it. I recently bought another package at my local Sams club and noticed the price went up, they had an instant $2 savings, but even with that the price was still higher than what I had been paying. I brought it home and today I opened it and it is NOT the same toilet paper. It's thinner and rougher and I DO NOT LIKE IT! What the heck happened? Higher price lower quality. I will not be buying it again.

Really Sam’s??! I purchase this toilet paper for years, from the last pack in March to the pack I just bought last week (beg of May) the quality is real bad, only one ply…I had to check my purchase history: Same exact purchase, a few cents higher and it is like a rough one ply! I know inflation is terrible but at least raise the price higher but give us the SAME quality you have earned our trust for! If someone from corporate wants to reach out, I have samples of both, but I’m sure you know what decisions you’ve made. First time in my 25 years of being a member you tried to make me feel dumb, shame on you Sam’s Club.

The actual cardboard tube is now much larger and the entire roll isn’t. This means they’re price remains the same while you’re getting less toilet paper. Not a big deal until you then realize everything in the store is being adjusted therefore you’re paying more.

I always buy this pack but i noticed the rolls have shrunk because I literally have a roll from the last pack and when i sat it on top of the prior one wow big difference. Im not happy they raised the price with less on the rolls. I tried uploading a picture of course wouldn’t let me

I buy this paper regularly, but not any longer unfortunately. It used to be great, cleaned well, was thick and a good value. Now it is so rough and just feels like cheap tissue. You have also reduced the number of rolls, but at least you reduced the price also, but tell me how is this a good value? I noticed you cheapened the MM Paper towels and the parchment paper and now the toilet tissue. STOP cheapening your products please!

The entire family made it quite clear, that this is the roll they want on their rears. This is the bathroom tissue with that super-soft feeling. You never need to keep pulling more off the roll to do the job. It's soft and durable and yet able to handle even the most difficult of times. The price is usually better than all the other comparable brands out there.

I have purchased this for many, many years, but this last purchase was my last purchase of this brand. It is simply not the same product. It falls apart, doesn't clean as well and I have to wonder if it has fiberglass in it like the Huggies baby wipes did last year. We both had abrasions and bleeding after just a couple of uses. Talk about tearing you a new one! DON"T bring this product home. The Northern bath tissue has also changed and, while it isn't quite as bad, it is still not the product it was a few years ago.

I just opened my new package of toilet paper and see you have REALLY reduced the roll size! The price sure didn't change to reflect your reduction! It's a shame, another way to price gouge in these hard times for people. I thought you would be better than that.

This was great bath tissue but they changed it. Now it's like paper, stiff and has lost all the softness it used to have. It doesn't even tear properly from the perforation. Please go back to how it used to be. Not only is it more expensive but the quality has been severely decreased.
