I buy this paper regularly, but not any longer unfortunately. It used to be great, cleaned well, was thick and a good value. Now it is so rough and just feels like cheap tissue. You have also reduced the number of rolls, but at least you reduced the price also, but tell me how is this a good value? I noticed you cheapened the MM Paper towels and the parchment paper and now the toilet tissue. STOP cheapening your products please!

I have been buying this tissue for years because the quality and value have always been very good. However, my most recent order is different: noticeably thinner, less soft, and a slightly different texture compared side-by-side with a roll from a previous order. Please do not reply that there has been no change, as you have replied to other recent reviews. I have both old and new rolls and the change is obvious - See attached picture. It is still a good product, but not as good as before.

I purchased this tissue on a recommendation from another member while in line at Customer Service. This is now the 2nd pack I have purchased during this pandemic. It is thick, so you use less, making it last longer. I will continue to purchase it as long as they continue with the current quality, size of each square and roll length. I would definitely recommend this product.

This toilet paper used to be my and my family's go-to but they've changed the quality at some point this year. It now feels like a cross between Angel Soft and Scott's and it's visibly thinner than it used to be. It's coarse and uncomfortable now. And, then they had the audacity to increase the price after lowering the quality. Definitely won't be buying any more.

It seems they have changed the quality of their toilet paper. I noticed it was not as soft as before, and I happened to have a few older rolls to compare it to. Yes they have downgraded their toilet paper because the older rolls were softer and thicker two ply pieces. I’m disappointed because they are charging the same and giving their customers a less quality toilet paper.

The entire family made it quite clear, that this is the roll they want on their rears. This is the bathroom tissue with that super-soft feeling. You never need to keep pulling more off the roll to do the job. It's soft and durable and yet able to handle even the most difficult of times. The price is usually better than all the other comparable brands out there.

At first I was hesitant of quality and being stuck with a large package, but I am happy to say that these tissue are great, good quality and affordable. I will definitely be buying them again. Cannot beat the affordable price for the quantity you receive.

I see NO REASON to pay big $$$ for toilet paper! Granted you dont want single ply that takes 3 times as much....but with THIS, you get the "luxury" of the name brands without the luxury price. Granted, all of it seems expensive, but if you like the fancy stuff, you will love this and save some money!

Was paying a lot more money for toilet paper that was a lot less absorbent and durable until my daughter,Karvel told me about MM. I ordered it and found out my daughter was correct! MM toilet paper was so much better! Won't buy anything else from now on!

Member's Mark toilet paper is better than a lot you would find in stores including the name brands. The best part is it's cheaper and you get more. If you have 1 or more people in your household you can't go wrong with this toilet paper especially with today's economy. I also like bulk buying and Sam's Club is good for that.
