[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The beverage center gets a lot of use. It is a great idea to have that as we all get drinks from the fridge more than anything else. The ice in th freezer does take up a bit more space that I would like, but its nice to have the 2 different size cubes. The fridge has a lof o space but not being able to configure the shelves is a downfall. I would rather be able to move them around based on what I have in there but the half disappearing shelf does help a little with that.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have the counter depth fridge. The fridge itself has so much more storage than we really need. The beverage center is awesome for both people who love flavored drinks and water. The pitcher is fast and convenient, the beverage center allows for a quick access to a good selection of drinks. The only downside is that if you have taller cans or bottles, they only fit in the middle shelf. The ice maker is convenient. I like that you don't need a separate ice maker to have plenty of ice for guests. The downside with the counter depth is the amount of freezer space you get. The shelves are shallow so be careful about not getting anything caught on the seal of the freezer. Overall we love the fridge. there's just some minor things about the door that we'd like to change. The door swing requires a lot of room. The door depth being the primary issue causing the fridge to have to protrude out or the side requiring more than a 2inch gap. also the Stainless steel is not fingerprint resistant unlike our other appliances... it shows really easily.

Only complaint is the ice maker, ice produced tends to stop it before tray is filled so you have to play with it, push ice from back to front of tray. But overall not a big deal. Water dispenser container is good capacity and you can also use the dispenser to fill your glass. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

My kids and wife love the beverage center. Cools much more than our previous refrigerator. The two types of ice is pretty awesome, Freezer is organized is more than adequate with space and being a bottom freezer makes it more accessible. The temperature remains steady. Everything has a place and the LED lights inside really work good without blinding you looking forward to many years of use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer space is not as spacious as it seems; hard to fit frozen pizza in unless it is lying flat in upper section. Beverage center is nice. Ice compartment also works well; despite prior reviews indicating limit ice, we have had no issues. But this fridge gets a LOT of finger prints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Don’t buy this fridge. It works and does what it should but pay extra for the French door with the extra door. I wish I had looked at the drawer arrangement before I purchased this fridge. You have to open both doors to access any drawers which is a huge pain. I would return this if I could to buy the model with the extra drawer.

This is the first Samsung home appliance that we've owned, and based on the first year of ownership, I will stay away in the future. The autofill pitcher in the beverage center started to fill only intermittently after about a year (hmmm, just out of warranty!), and now after 16 months of ownership, does not fill at all. Samsung troubleshooting is useless. This feature was one of the reasons that we purchased this model, and now the feature doesn't work at all and would require an out-of-warranty service repair.

The ice maker makes two types of ice: small cube-ish pieces and large cubes. The power went out for 6 hours and the freezer stayed unbelievably cold. This resulted in less food that we had to throw away due to the outage.
