I bought this Bespoke Refrigerator 17 months ago. It has been somewhat of a disappointment, especially given the cost. Now after replacing the water filter, it will not dispense water or make ice, replaced with another new filter with the same results. Removing the filter is supposed to bypass the filter and allow ice and water to be made with UNfiltered water. Unfortunately, it also leaks water into the fridge and out onto the floor. After only 17 months, I find this unacceptable at any price.

Also, the in door storage is not deep enough to get things out - if you use them all. I don't. And finally the shelves should have been more adjustable. As it is, only one is adjustable and there isn't room for a lot of large items, except in the door bins. However, I still love this refrigerator. I could see my Christmas Tree reflected in it and now that the tree is gone, I can see my garden window reflected in it. The glass is just amazingly beautiful. Enough so, that the other inconveniences seem minor.

From almost day 1 the lights in the Whirlpool didn't work and, due to the ice maker in the refrigerator we would get water/ice condensation and buildup under the long drawer. Combine these things with potential impending tariffs and it was time to replace. I've always been wary of Samsung appliances due to the supposed difficulty in getting repairs and parts. I did a lot of research prior and this now seems to not be an issue. When we went shopping we were actually looking for a GE 'fridge but it was not in stock at the store we were at. As we started looking we kept coming back to the Samsung. What really kept our attention was the interior space, because the ice maker in in the freezer it opens up so much room in the 'fridge it's like gaining another 1/4 of the space back compared to others. With the ice maker in the freezer that should make the condensation water/ice buildup impossible in the 'fridge and the lights! I'm pretty sure angels sing when you open the doors. The outer 'skin' door that hides the water dispenser and pitcher is a great feature. I have drinks, butter, and other 'quick reach' items stored there. If I was to have a complaint it would be the ice tray covers, I understand that there is a reason for it but it's a bit fiddly, having to move a cover to get to the scoop then another cover to get to the ice is a lot. Also it would be nice to be able to compartmentalize the ice storage for things like ice packs. I'll probably 3D print something so that I can move the ice packs there and free up a bit of space for food. Otherwise it looks good, functions well and is very quiet. I'm glad we decided on Samsung this time.

great fridge, has enough room for 2 primary cooks in the home to house all their ingredients. the beverage center is amazing to hide it from external bacteria and still make it look sleek. the ice makers are amazing due to the 2 different types of ice and the room the freezer holds.

Had to leave one shelf out of the door in Oder to put tall items. Love the hidden water dispenser in door n the ice maker in the freezer. Over all I do like it better than my old Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall satisfied but 2 design elements bother me that I originally thought wouldn’t. 1) Not having ice on the outer door 2) Not having handles on the door. Aesthetically, glass looks amazing but next fridge will have both on the door. Also, not happy that I had to buy the fridge with the white panels and pay extra $$$ for the blue panels. Seems to make sense to just order the fridge with the blue panels… now I have the white panels just sitting in my closet. Otherwise happy with operation and roominess.

There was a lot of fridges to choose from, but the Bespoke really called my name. I bought it just before Thanksgiving, and it saved my butt!! There's so much more space, the beverage center is so convenient, and it looks good in my kitchen. I would recommend this fridge to everyone, especially because of the two types of ice and all the little spaces on the doors to stash everything!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a large refrigerator with lots of space for frozen and fresh foods. The water carafe is so handy and useful. Two sizes of ice cubes works for different family members. Would really like more split shelves to accommodate large items.. shelves. Split shelves need additional support on cabinet walls to stay level. Very quiet operation and good lighting to see everything. Panel options are great but process for getting them is slower than I would expect to be first class service.
