They move our old frig to the garage and installed the new one all in under 30 minutes! The delivery team reviewed the features and tested everything before they left. They were polite and professional. Since then we followed the setup instructions for the app and the features and it has running perfectly. The beverage center in the door is great!!! We fill our water bottles in seconds with the auto fill pitcher and use the water dispenser for smaller items like filling glasses. The no handle look gives your kitchen a very updated look. The regular cube / mini-cube ice maker is also a nice feature. I like having the ice in the freezer drawer as you have great control of how much ice you need with the scoop and I don't have cubes going across the floor from getting it from the front of the door like our old one. Also the ice maker should be in the freezer area of a refrigerator for better reliability. It has been running great and there are some good promotions going in price and door panels so you can change the look of your Bespoke later on. The Samsung app that you can use with the frig is also another bonus with easy to use simple features. Highly recommend this refrigerator.

We absolutely love all the features it has. The ice making is amazing and keeps up with our daily needs. The beverage center is easy to use, and we no longer have ice cubes dropping all over the floor. Can’t wait to order our custom panels!

I got the 1st for my main kitchen and then did a remodel for a mother-in-law apartment in our basement. Relocated the main one downstairs and purchased the white glass for the main kitchen. The placement of the shelves and useful door storage is excellent. The beverage center is probably my favorite option in the refrigerator, along with the 2 different kinds of ice. I drinkj a lot of water! Our pets benefit from the filtered water.

I looked at LG, GE and other brands but the Samsung Bespoke caught my attention. It is a nice looking and spacious refrigerator. I love the beverage center and the two option of the ice maker. I can make my ice coffee and save money. Love the fact that I do not see finger prints. I have space for everything. I am in love with my fridge. I like the fact I can custom change the doors. At this point I am in love with the brand, so I also got a dish washer. But now I need a range!!!

The beverage center is wonderful and love that I can get water and put a few things in there so I don't have to open the whole fridge for them. And love the two types of ice and the ice scooper. Really convenient. It's a very attractive refrigerator. Definitely not fingerprint proof though. But easy to wipe them off.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great frig. Shelving is well thought out. The beverage center is used multiple times a day and great to have cold filter water readily available. Easy refills for dog bowls. The ice maker has to be reset about every couple of weeks on this refrigerator, but not hard to do.

I like the beverage center and the clean look. It works fine for all other types of foods, but the crisper drawer for vegetables is useless. In this fridge greens rot twice as fast as out 20 year-old GE refrigerator. Why? The "Crisper+" and "Crisper" drawers have no way to adjust or allow for higher humidity. They're just drawers with some space on top; they have no airflow or humidity control like your old fridge. I'm having major buyer's remorse. (I found this after I bought it) if you search for "Vegetables going bad sooner in new Samsung refrigerator", you can find a full forum of people with the same problem. Samsung cut major corners. It's not worth the price. Don't do it!

It's very spacious, and I love the auto-fill pitcher and the water inside the door. I wasn't sure about the ice when we first brought it home, but I love the two cubes of different sizes. And the amount of ice it makes is excellent. I can't say enough good things about our new fridge.

Is cooling great with plenty of room in the fridge side. The freezer and ice maker are great. Also on the fridge, the beverage center is amazing.

It is so much more spacious than the side-by-side french door fridge we used to have. Everything feels high-quality. We didn't think we'd use it much but we actually love the auto-fill water pitcher - so much quicker than using the water dispenser! I love having two sizes of ice cubes to choose from and having it in the bottom with the scoop has made for a lot less mess on the floor! It's also nice receiving a notification on my phone when the door has been left open. We love that we can mix & match the panels too. So far, nothing negative to say about this fridge!
