The entire process from purchase to delivery was handled professionally with a customer-oriented focus! The refrigerator is beautiful, spacious, quiet and easy to operate. The various drawers, shelving and the doors are easily accessible. The freezer compartment is also very spacious and very accessible. This new refrigerator replaced an older (20-years) Samsung Refrigerator that finally stopped its cooling and freezing operation, We were extremely satisfied with our original Samsung Refrigerator which easily convinced to buy a newer one ... perfect replacement with almost the same form / fit / function. You cannot go wrong with this product!

Had to leave one shelf out of the door in Oder to put tall items. Love the hidden water dispenser in door n the ice maker in the freezer. Over all I do like it better than my old Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall satisfied but 2 design elements bother me that I originally thought wouldn’t. 1) Not having ice on the outer door 2) Not having handles on the door. Aesthetically, glass looks amazing but next fridge will have both on the door. Also, not happy that I had to buy the fridge with the white panels and pay extra $$$ for the blue panels. Seems to make sense to just order the fridge with the blue panels… now I have the white panels just sitting in my closet. Otherwise happy with operation and roominess.

I got the 1st for my main kitchen and then did a remodel for a mother-in-law apartment in our basement. Relocated the main one downstairs and purchased the white glass for the main kitchen. The placement of the shelves and useful door storage is excellent. The beverage center is probably my favorite option in the refrigerator, along with the 2 different kinds of ice. I drinkj a lot of water! Our pets benefit from the filtered water.

We absolutely love all the features it has. The ice making is amazing and keeps up with our daily needs. The beverage center is easy to use, and we no longer have ice cubes dropping all over the floor. Can’t wait to order our custom panels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge. I love the 2 different types of ice it makes. We use the beverage center all the time. I didn't think my wife would go for this one as it is a bit pricey, but she loves it maybe more than I do. We did have a time where the small ice maker quit working. We read the troubleshooting steps, and even called on support. Support sent a person out who declared we needed a new computer/motherboard for the unit. Board came in and was replaced. This did not fix the issue. Later, I decided I would take a hairdryer to the side that wasn't working. In 2 minutes, I had the problem resolved. Since support was useless, I could not give 5 stars.

At first there was all this negative sentiment about Samsung Refrigerators so I was hesitant but the features were just so enticing and modern, it was just hard to believe it wasn't high quality. The more research I did the more I learned about how Samsung has done tremendous work to reengineer their appliances to overcome their stigma, if you look up detailed youtube reviews you'll see more detailed explanations of these changes and advancements and they also confirm that the stigma they had is a thing of the past. I've had this fridge now for half a year and I have to say it's pretty amazing. The design is just great, layout is great, it's probably the best looking fridge out there. Don't listen to the haters and do your own research but in my opinion, its a great product and I hope it lasts for years.

Lots of storage too! Only issue has been the top white panel of the ice compartment seems to be missing the stopper when opening the drawer, so it comes up with it. Not a deal breaker.
