We’ve had this dryer just over 6 months and it already stopped working. Panel no longer lights up or is usable. We reset the breaker checked power cord and nothing. We financed this through Samsung because of the great deal with no intrest so we haven’t even paid this thing off yet! Wish we had just spent the money on a repair man to fix our old non electric panel dryer that lasted 10 years and only cost us 500 bucks!

Finally able to wash & dry our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer needs a lil bit of work.... it does a great job of drying the clothes on the automated cycle, the second time you set it. It doesn't sense that the clothes are still wet the first time after you put the clothes in from the washing machine. I know it's not a venting issue, because I just installed this washer/dryer and I ran all new duct work up and out the vent. It's a "sensing" issue. The dryer is supposed to only dry till the sensors detect that there's no moisture left in the clothing. That's not working right. The second time, after the first 39 minute cycle is done, dries the clothing perfectly. I'm not done troubleshooting this issue yet, but I'll report back when I fix it.

I love all the features and how easy it is to use. It is also super efficient, even without the super speed it is pretty fast! I love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems quiet and working well. Manual doesn't explain cycle selector settings and refers me to an external website. Why have a manual? I keep manuals on hand for easy reference. Fortunately, the washer manual does explain washer cycles. It is just the dryer manual that is worthless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this new Samsung to replace our old Samsung which was about 13 year old. The old one had developed a continuous banging noise that certainly was going to lead to a failure. So, we proactively bought new. This new machine makes a banging noise in transition between speeds that literally sounds like a jackhammer. It has frightened my daughters when they are in a different level in the house! It significantly (2x) louder than our old one. Some cycles we don't hear much noise, some loads are louder than others. We have not been able to associate with with a type of load (towels, or just t-shirts). We will be contacting service to have them come out and take a look. I expect them do say it's normal. Very unhappy with the noise level, to the point we may just write it off financially has a mistake. The machine is level side to side and back to back.

Absolutely terrible. Do not waste your time or money. I bought this dryer in Nov 2022 it came and wouldn't work. Second one came with a big dent in side. Third one came in Feb and broke in April. Samsung is very difficult to work with. I can honestly worst customer experience i have ever had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dry much faster than the old dryer. Wifi feature enables control, status information on the cell phone. The dryer is stacked on top of the washer. Ability to control and download preset dryer cycles to the dryer is a great feature.
