[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how the dryer has sensors so I don’t over dry. I had and older model white set. After yrs of use there was things I think could have been better.To my surprise this model fixed every flaw I disliked. From where you put the soap in the old one it was a battle to clean. When you have to clear the drain in the front I would have to use a butter knife to pry open this one you just push in and the latch opens. The gasket in the last dryer didn’t have a gap in the gasket so it ended up mildew. This one I am able to wipe down with a vinegar cloth and it’s dry within a few mins.

We love how customizable the settings are and how quiet it is. We haven’t even used all of the features yet because there’s so many of them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer is very quiet and it works well. Although the super speed dry does not always dry the load completely, sometimes it's because the load is too large. Overall I am very satisfied with the dryer.

Purchased 1 month ago. So far, I really like the appearance and functioning of the Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. washer and 7.5 cu. ft. dryer (platinum color). They are a beautiful set and super quiet. The motor has a 20 year warranty. The only thing that I would change is that the display should also light up the words and the power/start buttons. The shipper/installer scheduled then rescheduled to a different date, the washer was dented (which I pointed out to the installer who told me to call Samsung), they did not include a 3 prong cord with the dryer (even though it should have been included. I was told by the installer to go buy one), and they did not hook up the dryer vent to the dryer. I did purchase a 3 prong cord and had everything hooked up. But then the shipper/installer came knocking on my door 2 weeks later at 7:30AM to do the "install" with no advance notice, I had already notified Sam's Club that I had everything hooked up and installed after the product was delivered (after I went and bought a 3 prong dryer cord & had it & the vent installed myself)... So my experience with the shipper was disappointing but I had read the reviews and had an idea to be very aware during the shipping/install. I did contact Sam's Club right away expressing my concerns and letting Sam's know of the issues with the install. Sam's customer service did help a little to rectify the situation. I will update this posting if I experience any problems with either the washer or dryer in regard to functioning, but other than my experience with the shipper/installer, I would purchase a large appliance from Sam's again, and I'm glad I made this purchase.

I've had this machine coming up on 3 months now and the performance has just been frustrating! laundry comes out some fully wet and some items overheating dry, from the same load! this keeps happening. Additionally, items come out really wrinkled and wet. i find disappointment pieces of dust all over the area after each cycle. it's pretty, yes, but does not do the job it was bought for at all. I don't have heavy laundry and have never had an issue with a dryer (or washer) before, but the Samsung machines i purchased are an utter disappointment and frustrating. I can't return, but i hope no one else gets stuck with them.

Lower score because I received 2 defective models before one that works, is a light dryer and the Smart features are good for just amking sure you have the right cycle rolling. Good product so far, though!

Wife and I just bought our first home and received this dryer (and matching washing machine) as a house warming present. It's been fantastic so far. It runs quiet, plays a nice little tune when the cycle finishes, and it's pretty darn energy efficient! Sure beats going to the laundromat for the passed 3 years!

We have several Samsung products that use everyday, so we figured why not, right? Excellent choice (pat ourselves on the back)! We love everything about this dryer. We initially joked about the WiFi, but jokes on us cuz we use regularly! Haven't used the steam function yet, plan to when we're in the new house and the washer/dryer are side-by-side. Right now the face each other in the walkthrough laundry room. I even love the color and will get matching washer when current one fails us - probably with a full load that is in soak mode.
