Bought this dryer w/it's washer counterpart on 1-14-23. I loved it from the very beginning and then 1 month later the timing no longer works. It starts at a time designated for that cycle and then within 2-3 seconds, it goes immediately to 1 and then off. The company who sold it to us, is going to give a replacement. Crossing my fingers the replacement works after only 1 month. We had a very old (30) years dryer, that lasted more than we could have ever expected. It is a crime they don't make anything like they used to. Everything is a throw away. Super sad.

Saves a lot of time ironing. Also my phone notifies me every time my load is done so I never forget. Will recommend to anyone looking for something reliable and works great.

Purchased 1 month ago. So far, I really like the appearance and functioning of the Samsung 4.5 cu. ft. washer and 7.5 cu. ft. dryer (platinum color). They are a beautiful set and super quiet. The motor has a 20 year warranty. The only thing that I would change is that the display should also light up the words and the power/start buttons. The shipper/installer scheduled then rescheduled to a different date, the washer was dented (which I pointed out to the installer who told me to call Samsung), they did not include a 3 prong cord with the dryer (even though it should have been included. I was told by the installer to go buy one), and they did not hook up the dryer vent to the dryer. I did purchase a 3 prong cord and had everything hooked up. But then the shipper/installer came knocking on my door 2 weeks later at 7:30AM to do the "install" with no advance notice, I had already notified Sam's Club that I had everything hooked up and installed after the product was delivered (after I went and bought a 3 prong dryer cord & had it & the vent installed myself)... So my experience with the shipper was disappointing but I had read the reviews and had an idea to be very aware during the shipping/install. I did contact Sam's Club right away expressing my concerns and letting Sam's know of the issues with the install. Sam's customer service did help a little to rectify the situation. I will update this posting if I experience any problems with either the washer or dryer in regard to functioning, but other than my experience with the shipper/installer, I would purchase a large appliance from Sam's again, and I'm glad I made this purchase.

Amazing features and Wifi notifications are awesome. Still exploring as the product is fairly new, but so far no cons for me. Easy install. Still want to try out steam and sanitize options

I like to wash my clothes in the evening, so having the drying work faster is a huge benefit. The wifi integration/mobile notification is super helpful, because the dryer is so quiet. Overall, definitely worth the money.

Very happy with the dryer's volume, the drying capacity, and the smart features - such as receiving notification on your pohone when your clothes are dry. Highly recommended.

Lower score because I received 2 defective models before one that works, is a light dryer and the Smart features are good for just amking sure you have the right cycle rolling. Good product so far, though!

Finally able to wash & dry our king/queen comforters at home without having to go to the mat. They fit perfectly into our Stackable laundry closet and the platinum is really sleek. Has lots of options that we haven't learned to use yet, and who knows if we even will! I'm a Samsung user (phone, tv, and now washer) so its great being able to connect everything in one hub. So if I dont hear the chime, I'll get a notification on my TV and/or phone letting me know.
