[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer needs a lil bit of work.... it does a great job of drying the clothes on the automated cycle, the second time you set it. It doesn't sense that the clothes are still wet the first time after you put the clothes in from the washing machine. I know it's not a venting issue, because I just installed this washer/dryer and I ran all new duct work up and out the vent. It's a "sensing" issue. The dryer is supposed to only dry till the sensors detect that there's no moisture left in the clothing. That's not working right. The second time, after the first 39 minute cycle is done, dries the clothing perfectly. I'm not done troubleshooting this issue yet, but I'll report back when I fix it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got the washer/ dryer set in champagne. The are beautiful in design seem more compact which I love, yet have a large capacity. There is a light in the dryer which is great especially when trying to find those missing socks. Impressed how quickly clothes dry. Love the wifi which alerts you when dryer is over - didn’t think it was a feature I use but my entire family loves it and you k ow when others are using washer/ dryer. There is a steam feature which I haven’t used yet. Need to read up on it and see how/ when to use. This is a gas dryer. No one loves to do laundry but with such a beautiful set it’s hard no to. I highly recommend. Plus they are stacked and the dont move at all when in use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer to go with the matching washing machine almost two months ago. I love it even more than I did when it was delivered. The different settings are great for deciding which type of load you are drying. There are setting for bedding which I love. This dryer dries my clothes fast and efficiently every time.

We’ve had this dryer just over 6 months and it already stopped working. Panel no longer lights up or is usable. We reset the breaker checked power cord and nothing. We financed this through Samsung because of the great deal with no intrest so we haven’t even paid this thing off yet! Wish we had just spent the money on a repair man to fix our old non electric panel dryer that lasted 10 years and only cost us 500 bucks!

We looked and compared several brands and opted in for this one - it has been a great experience, it’s super fast and I like to get alerts on my phone when the dryer cycle is done! It is also nice looking and noiseless (almost)

Please try not to buy products in Samsclub because they transfer the product to a third Rxo company, which is very bad, it has a very bad delivery and coordination and they are also not serious distributors, I am waiting since April 23, a gas dryer for today May 7, and they postponed it for May 21, I recommend them try to buy in another place less here. It is very bad experience that I have with them.

It is very good and I love the smart connections via the smart app. I also love the steam function and that you can connect a water line to the Dryer so you don't have to fill it up every time you want to use the steam function.

I can hear the little tune in plays upon finishing across the house. The dryer has a modern look. I would recommend this dryer. A++++++++

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchase this unit a year ago and am so glad with the upgrade. The unit I owed prior was also a samsung but it was 2 models before this unit, which I placed in one of my rental and truth be told still works great and the tenant is happy with it. This model has more and better feature. Obviously I love Samsung, I own Samsung TV, phone, washer, dryer, stove etc... Point is Samsung has always been reliable and I will continue being a loyal customer as long as they continue providing great products and customer service.
