We purchased one of these sets and used it for over a year and liked it well enough that we bought 2 more. Unfortunately it seems like the quality control may have gone downhill a bit with the newer models. The inner area requires some force to get back into the box correctly and we have learned that the ice pack needs to be put into the same colored one each time so we have to figure out which one is which (or I guess we could label them) when pulling them out of the freezer and putting them in the Lunch Box. Lastly, the blue/red Lunch Box & Snack boxes also don't exactly match as the reds differ slightly which is a bit unfortunate.

The lunchbox itself is amazing. Doesn’t leak, seals nicely. Keeps food fresh and the ice pack insert is perfect. Eliminates any issues of food being warm by lunch time! :) my only complaint would be that the grey color scheme stains REALLY easy and is hard to get back to its original color. We love them both but the red and royal blue one doesn’t stain like the grey one.

I love these containers for packing healthy snacks for my kids to take to school, or on the go. We have three of them - one for each kid! Our favorite snack is usually sliced up fruit in the larger compartment, and crackers or something similar in the smaller compartment. It seals tight so I never have to worry about fruit juices leaking over to the other compartment and making the other food item soggy.

Very high-quality nice lunchbox. My only complaint is that it’s not big enough. I have a kindergarten, and it’s hard for me to fit the food for his lunch in the compartments. Would be ideal if it were one or 2 inches bigger. For example, for me to put a sandwich in the lunchbox, I have to cut some of the bread off in order for it to fit.

I really like the conscience of these lunch boxes. They are easy to clean and I really love them. But I was really disappointed after one use they are all scratched up just from being set on the sidewalk. I thought they’d hold up better for being so highly priced. :/

These are so nice for our kids. We pack a lot of lunches and this box allows us to pack multiple items and only dirty one dish. Love the ice pack being inside of it but the reason for 4 stars is that it doesn’t keep everything as cold as our kids would like it.

This is my first time purchasing the bentgo with the built in ice pack and now I wish this was the only kind we had. My kids have an easier time opening it, it keeps food colder, and it fits in their lunch bag better. Really great quality and easy to clean.

The larger area in the lunch box is not very big or deep. Cannot fit a standard sandwich. Have not gotten functional use from lunch box yet. Also the case itself is larger and does not fit in a standard kids lunchbox. The snack container is nice. Have only used for fruits/veggies. It would be better if the snack container had an ice pack included like the lunchbox to keep fruit/veggies/yogurts cold.

Awesome lunch box. Super sturdy! My son loves it. The reason I’m only giving it 4 stars is because it’s not deep enough to fit a sandwich. When I pack a sandwich I cut it in half but the halves are still too tall and the sandwich gets squished down. If it were deeper it would be great and be more roomy. Other than that it is an awesome lunch box and would definitely recommend.

The bentgo lunch boxes was beautiful and nice. I like the way how it looks, unfortunately it is hrd to clean. Axtually too much to clean. I return it and use the regular togo black containers that you bring home from a restaurant. I just use ice packs and stire it in my lunch bag.
