I love the freezer pack that's included in the box. My kids love these and are so excited that they have been packing their own lunch using these boxes all week. Teachers love them because they don't have to help my 4 year old open a bunch of wrappers and such.

Love the concept, but the ice pack just isn’t strong enough to use by itself, so it defeats the purpose. Also, I have 2 versions (one red, one green) and the red version seems to suction cup itself to the tray. The green bentgo does not. I bought them at the same exact time too.

I love the colors and compartments. The snack box you have to put a bit more pressure on the lid in order for it to close, but otherwise great! Love the matching set! Love not having so many little containers. Hoping they will come out with a dip section for this lunch box soon!

Great product. Just wish it was a bit deeper. It's impossible to stack cracker on their side. And I have to squish a whole PBJ to get it to fit. But if it was about 2cm deeper everything would fit better without squishing the food. I wish that the outside case was dishwasher safe and that they were priced better. I would have bought way more of them for my kids, myself, and my husband if they were priced better. With those improvements aside, It does keep the food cold until lunch time and my girls really like that they are easy to open and nothing spills or leeks. It's just as advertised and I am happy with them. I have also recommended them to a few moms on our soccer team.

Great concept, slow delivery. Built-in ice pack is genius. Great colors and sturdy feel. Seal/bumper also seem durable. It took about three weeks between placing my order and receiving it. Accurate delivery timeline would be welcome - if it’s going to be 3 weeks, just say so.

I love the concept but it is heavy and difficult to close for my 5 year old. It’s durable and looks good but the bottom also sweats a little bit when it has the cold ice pack in it. Wish I hadn’t thrown box etc away because I would have returned for traditional style

We ordered a few of these sets. I think the snack box is a good size for a snack container. My only complaint is I wish it also had an ice pack. For the lunch box I absolutely love the removeable ice pack. The larger compartment can whole a wrap or sandwich cut in half. Silicone cups fit into the smaller compartments well for yogurt or pudding. I will say its been leak proof but not mess proof. When sending yogurt it hasn't gotten into any other compartment but definitely gets all over the lid.

Third day my kiddos have used both the lunch and snack box. First day the lunch leaked out raspberry juice all on the lunch bag. Second thing is I find it hard to put the tray back after removing the ice tray out.I also didn’t realize this lunch box doesn’t have a small section to add a sauce or in my case my kids like dipping their crackers in a salsa or cheese nowhere to put that in. I do love the snack box though. Saves me in buying zip locks over and over again.

The one we got is too small. The compartments are tiny and better suited to a toddler than a 5-year-old or school-age kid. I love the functionality and the look of this and am really disappointed that we can only use it for snacks. We will be looking for something bigger and trying to find a thermos as well.

The chill lunch box is okay. Don’t expect the freezer part of the box to keep things cold for long. I had to order a lunch bag and flat ice packs to make sure it keeps cold. The Bentgo flat ice packs are amazing! They’re still ice cold 7 hours later when my kid gets home from school. The only problem I have now is his backpack(not the bentgo one) is getting wet from the condensation.
