One has food allergies, & the other one likes to over indulge so I was very excited for my boys to try the new Iams dog food. They couldn't wait for me to open the bag & were wolfing it down. Both have slimmed down (ever so slightly) and really enjoy the food. I have noticed that their energy level is up and that they are shedding a little less (from more quality ingredients?). Definately worth trying

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Iams is definitely a trusted brand. I like knowing that my dog it getting everything she needs. The price point is very reasonable for the quality. My dog prefers the mini chunks but she's a Lab retriever, so she was ok with the bigger pieces.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it's feeding time and the Iams bag is opening, Brownie comes running. She knows what's in there and can't wait to eat. I mixed it with her regular dog food and she picked out the Iams to eat. Brownie carries a mouthful of food from the kitchen to the dinning room and to the living room to show us what she is eating. Then she goes back for more dropping pieces along the way. She eats the pieces she dropped and gets more and does it till the Iams is good as gone. Good food for healthy joints, bones muscles and metabolism. No fillers in this dogfood giving dogs more energy to run/walk and play! Brownie loves chicken and this bag has chicken listed at the 1st ingredient. Your dog will not be disappointed. Less pottytime when the meal is real food and not processed. Let your dog try Iams in the green bag and see if it's good as gone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed is a wonderful dog food and is worth the extra money. My dog, Pudge, seems to really like this food. It has helped him to be quite regular when it comes to going potty. He seems to stay full longer too. I definitely will be buying Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed for my dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A friend had said their Vet had recommended IAMS for their dog & she really liked it. We had just bought a bag of IAMS Proactive Health for Large Breed Dogs a couple of days before receiving a bag from IAMS to try for free. It took almost two weeks before Buddy would eat the IAMS without mixing it with anything else. He just didn't seem to want to eat it. So after feeding him two 15 pound bags we switched back to his previous dog food. We were looking forward to being able to switch to IAMS permanently since it's cheaper than his current food.

Even his potty schedule had changed for the better! I think we will be sticking to this switch. Knowing that theres so many good things in it for him and always the 1st ingredient is meat, not corn or somthing worse. Thank you Iams for letting us try it, you made a new life long customer. :)

He has been a Iams dog since the day my son rescued him from the side of the road, when he was about 8 weeks old. He is a very important part of our family and so is his health & nutrition. Because he is a large breed, strong muscles & joints and healthy bones are essential to his longevity. I was thrilled to receive a bag of the ProActive Health Adult Large Breed dog food for him to try from Iams. The transition has been very smooth. He loves it and therefore so do I!!! He will always be an Iams dog!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As I opened the package my dog was right there waiting to try the Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed. I handed him a few morsels and he wanted more; but he had to wait until the next day... I started with a 50/50 mix of previous and the new IAMS. Not one bit left in the bowl. He is now transitioned to Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed. I'm not sure if he has less of an appetite (due to my husband feeding him treats!), of if he has decided he doesn't like to food. I will continue feeding him the Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed until it is gone. But I think I will transition back to the IAMS weight control food for my dog.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 15 lb bag of adult dog food from Iams to have my dog try it. My dog is not unusually picky, but he can snub his nose at things he doesn't like. I was afraid he would do this with Iams. At first, he didn't take to it, so I switched half his food and half Iams. I kept adding more Iams and less his food, and now, he loves it! I am thrilled to know my dog is getting a food that is good for him and that he likes!

My Standard Poodle has been eating this food now for 6 months and is doing SO much better than his previous food. His stools are firm and properly formed, he has very little to no gas now, his coat is soft and full, and he loves the taste as he is excited to eat at feeding times! I would LOVE to see the Large Breed Lamb formula be available in Canada too!
