[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This as the first time we have tried Iams Proactive Health in the Large chunk version..we have always used the mini chunks. I have a 60 pound boxer pit bull mix and we have always used Iams since we adopted him. Our dog loves the food and has maintained a beautiful shiny coat as well as super clean teeth. A plus also using this food is that is doesn't bother his stomach and we don't have a mess in the backyard (if you know what I mean). I highly recommend Iams...I have used it with my current dog and the others I have had in the past...great dog food and I recommend the treats as well.

Ok, my dogs didn’t care of this brand. I figured we could try something different from what they normally have as they were puking up there old dog food. This brand didn’t help with that so we won’t buy again. I can’t say I do recommend this and I can’t say I don’t recommend this because just like people everybody’s dogs are different. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When it's feeding time and the Iams bag is opening, Brownie comes running. She knows what's in there and can't wait to eat. I mixed it with her regular dog food and she picked out the Iams to eat. Brownie carries a mouthful of food from the kitchen to the dinning room and to the living room to show us what she is eating. Then she goes back for more dropping pieces along the way. She eats the pieces she dropped and gets more and does it till the Iams is good as gone. Good food for healthy joints, bones muscles and metabolism. No fillers in this dogfood giving dogs more energy to run/walk and play! Brownie loves chicken and this bag has chicken listed at the 1st ingredient. Your dog will not be disappointed. Less pottytime when the meal is real food and not processed. Let your dog try Iams in the green bag and see if it's good as gone!

He’s a really picky eater and it’s his first time trying kibble from IAMS. I love how the kibble is packed with nutrients perfect for my dog. I have noticed my dog had more energy because of this. He would finish this kibble so quickly compare to other brands.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs, a black lab-blue heeler & a Black lab- Ridgeback, and they are picky picky picky about the food they will eat. I must say when I opened the back I nearly got trampled for the food. They gobbled the first bowl up in minutes! I love knowing they are happy with the taste, and they are getting the nutrients both need in the bowl. It also helps to know they are eating the bowls dry!

She plays a very important and vital roll in my son's life. Iams uses the best ingredients and is STILL affordable and can be found in the grocery isle (HUGE reason why I love it!) Hannah's coat is always shiny and at the age of 10 she has NO hip, bone...joint issues!!!

We never would of guessed that our Tinkerbell would have tried your product but she did & she loves it! She is more active and happy playfull just like when she was a puppy! Had to switch my dog’s food because she is a picky eater! I tried several that she wouldn’t even touch. This is the only one I have found that she likes! Very inexpensive and my dog loves it! Would recommend to anyone with a dog that is a picky eater!

Both of my dogs love thus product , sometimes I add a vegetable stock to give them treat . It would be nice if the recipes on the back of the bag of healthy things to add to the dog food. We love that the adult large dog works for both of our dogs !

I received a complimentary bag of Iams ProActive Health For Large Breeds dry dog food from Iams through BzzAgent. My dogs usually, if not always, have been eating wet dog food, so I was surprised that my large dog is loving this brand of dry dog food. We switched to wet dog food a few years ago because my dogs just one day decided not to like dry dog food. Prior to having Iams in his diet, my dog has always had a thick and shiny coat of black fur. I don't think Iams has any effect on his fur only after a few days of eating it, but so far, he still has his beautiful coat of fur. What I noticed is he has less shedding after I switched him to Iams. We were so used to seeing clumps of fur on the carpet, but now, we don't see those anymore. As for his digestion, it's still normal. He didn't have any runs or irregularities due to the change in his diet. And that is a major plus because my dog has a sensitive tummy, and gets the runs whenever he eats something different from usual. Overall, my family, especially my dog, loves Iams! I can't wait to see the long term benefits that Iams brings to my healthy dog.
