[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dog is 8 years old and a very important part of my life. She is my baby and there is nothing I wouldn't do for her. So obviously I want the very BEST for her. Iams® ProActive Health™ Adult Large Breed is perfect for her! She is very picky about her food (like if i buy something she doesn't like she won't eat for a couple days), but as soon as I put it in the bowl she gobbled it right up! She also has some problems passing really bad gas, but being on this food has really helped her. I wish someone would have told me about this food sooner.

I own two very picky adult dogs, and I really wanted to upgrade their dry food to something that they not only enjoyed but also met my criteria for nutrition. They are both large breed indoor dogs, just going out a few times a day. I needed a food that provided the nutrition they needed but was not full of unwanted fat producing ingredients, suffice it to say IAMs adult dog food was perfect!

My German Shepherd absolutely loves Iams Large Breed Dog food. In combination with exercise it keeps her at a perfect weight. She has plenty of energy and is very healthy. If you’re looking for a dog food to feed your large breed dog you should give this a try!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've fed my dog Iams before and he's always seemed to like it. I've always liked and trusted the Iams brand and felt that the food was of a high quality, however sometimes we switch his kibble so that he doesn't get "bored". The package arrived while I was attending my night class and my mom decided not to open the box until I got home. She told me that my black lab, Buck, was sniffing the box and pawing at it like crazy!! I barely got the box opened before he was shoving his head in there excited for his new kibble. We opened the bag in a few seconds, which must've seemed like an eternity to Buck, and he began to eat handfuls of kibble out of our hands! We decided to mix the Iams Proactive Health Adult Large Breed kibble in with his current kibble (not an Iams brand) and I've found that he will eat around the other brand just to eat the Iams. I know that the first ingredient in this kibble is chicken, which is a good thing because I prefer to feed my dog chicken. Buck has been eating the Iams Proactive Health Adult Large Breed for approximately a week now since the package arrived, and in this time I've noticed that he does have more energy. He's constantly begging me to take him out for walks! At the ripe old age of 7 and the not-so-healthy-but-he's-perfect-anyway weight of 112 lbs, he's never been a fan of running around outside but that has certainly changed within the past week! I'm very excited, as is Buck!, to continue this campaign and see how youthful he can feel with Iams Proactive Health Adult Large Breed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a 15 lb bag of adult dog food from Iams to have my dog try it. My dog is not unusually picky, but he can snub his nose at things he doesn't like. I was afraid he would do this with Iams. At first, he didn't take to it, so I switched half his food and half Iams. I kept adding more Iams and less his food, and now, he loves it! I am thrilled to know my dog is getting a food that is good for him and that he likes!

I have tried several brands of food to try and find one that gives my GSD solid stools. Including several Member's Mark foods. I finally found it. I'm really hoping it will help with all his skin issues. If you think your GSD might have EPI, try a quality brand like Iams and see if it helps!
