Cleaning is a snap as the app reminds you when it's time for it and guides you through the process. With the large capacity drum you won't need to spend hours washing. Speed is key.

This washer is absolutely my favorite, I love all the features and the Being able to download a cycle that is not listed on my panel, the The speed accuracy, effect efficiency, and capacity is a great when I’m doing laundry. The connectivity with my phone allows me to control it and know when my load is done.The speed and the cleanliness of my clothes on this machine is great. I highly recommend it.

Limited usage of the smart features — generally the job I needed done didn't present experiential benefit from extra bells or whistles.

We have been pleased with the washing and drying performance for our personal use. When guests see these beautiful stacked sets on site, they will be so excited not to have to go to the laundromat!

The smart features are not the best on the dryer or washer, connecting your smart phone to the washer or dryer isn’t as user friendly as it sounds, once connected to you’re unable to start or restart a cycle from your phone or smart device.

We’ve had this washer/dryer for 2 years and 2 wks. ago we had to have a tech look at the washer-he said there may be an issue with the shocks. That’s disappointing for a newer machine - there’s only 2 of us so it doesn’t get used heavily. I’ve had a similar set in another house 3 years ago- and not a problem, which is why I bought these for our current home-it was working great so, we’re now happy. If it does require shocks, we will have to look at something else.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Washes her clothes good leaves a good smell. Hopefully it stays working good, unlike my top loading washing machine I think it messed up because I took it apart to clean the drum so this one hopefully it stays clean and I won’t have to mess with it
