It dries clothes evenly and efficiently without overheating, and everything comes out soft and fresh—not stiff or damp. It runs quietly compared to my old dryer, which makes a big difference, especially when running it in the evening. The lint trap is easy to remove and clean, and overall it feels well-built and reliable. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have family members and friends who've had bad experiences with front load washers. Not me! I ordered this washer as part of a set 3 years ago, and I put it through the wringer (pun intended)! It's carried us through years of young, including (but not limited to) many, many loads of food-stained kids' clothes, two *long* potty training periods , and several loads of dirty rags every week. I throw in 1/4-1/2 scoop of OxiClean along with some Tide, and run this baby for a warm longer cycle with prewash and extra rinses, and the stains disappear. It's magic. I rarely pre-treat clothes now. The app apparently has extra preset cycles available, but I've never used them. The delicate cycle seems just fine, but I know there is a hand wash cycle option through the app as well. We just moved, and inherited an older washer and dryer that did not work well. I did my washer and dryer research again and ended up ordering the exact same set *again*. I always leave my washing machine lid cracked open a little bit to prevent any mold, and have had zero problems with that. Capacity is good as well. I can fit a week's worth of three young kids clothes in two wash cycles (lights and darks). It can easily wash a queen size quilt. The only thing I can't speak to is its longevity, so we'll see how long we're in this house for!

The capacity is optimal and the whole family can use it because of the user friendly technology. A bonus is also not noise and the ring tone when is done comes in handy in our busy life.

It holds a full hamper with so very good capacity. And finally, it's WiFi capable to enable remote status monitoring. Very impressive washer.s

After 2 years it stopped working, seems like the control panel was loading wrong voltages and basically needed to be replaced. In addition, the repair guy said the door might also be an issue, so replacing these 2 pieces would be around US1K, which is way more than getting a new one.

Not a good product!!!. I bought this product last year for my mother. She has to manually select the cycles because the washer turns off after washing the clothes (no spinning cicle or rinse cicle starts on its own) I missed the time frame to return it to SAMS Club for 3 days. I was told to contact SAMSUNG customer service. Since I paid extra for extended warranty, I was expecting someone to help me with the problem. I waited more than 100 minutes to speak with a representative. I tried the texting method and spent 3 hours texting with “someone” who asked me to turn on/off the washer, start a cicle, wait to see if the problem was solved by turning it Off-On. Of course, it did not work. Then, I received another text asking me to start a cleaning cycle, which did not work either. After 3 hours I went to bed. The next day, I received a text message informing me that my claim was closed :( The washer doesn’t work well until today (02/01/24). SAMSUNG has a terrible customer service. Do not waste your money/time with this product.
