[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung Washer 2 weeks ago & it was shaking bad during the spin cycle. Samsung sent repairmen 3 days later & fixed it all up. Steam cycles are cool, & so are the adjustable settings for temp, spin, rinse, & soil levels. I like the ability to connect to internet so it alerts me when wash cycle is complete.

I bought my machines about three months ago. Thinking it was a good option to buy Samsung washer and dryer ended up being the worst decision of my life spend over 1600 on both washer and dryer . It shakes horrible dryer takes forever to dry. It's definitely not a good option please spend your money wisely, don't spend it on this machines it's definitely not worth it

Samsung isn’t perfect and I still hate my fridge, but this washer is super quiet, gets my clothes clean and is easy to use.
