Samsung has never failed me!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung washer is really nice! Even the buttons respond well (hold to start isn't a long hold, but just more than a tap, nice). Connects to wifi and the app, which is helpful.

So quiet and selections for washing.

Nice but difficult to operate

Just bought it a few weeks ago. Really want to like it but sometimes it just won't start and I can't figure out why. I have to shut it off and start over. Manual not that helpful.

Enjoying Clean Clothes

Well needed upgrade.
