[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this washer last month for our new home. It has worked exceptionally well. The controls are intuitive, with options for customization. The SmartThings app pairs well with your smartphone, allowing you to monitor and track your load. If I had to give a criticism, I find the jingle that plays on a completed load to be annoying! But if you can get past that, a really large and good washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I Bought this recently and I just love the look of it its overall performance and its functionality. This unit is fairly quiet while in use - I love that. So very modern looking and in comparison- very economical.

We have purchase two Samsung washers over the past 9 years (older versions of this model). The first one lasted 5 years, the latest lasted 4 years...each time the control board went bad. The control board costs about $300 so you are left with having to choose b/t an expensive replacement part + repair bill, or just go get a new washer. The washers themselves work OK. Tub is very large and can easily handle a medium size comforter. Sometimes it does not get all the water out so another spin cycle is in order. The place where you put the soap/rinse often times will get clogged up thus needing to be taken apart and cleaned with a tooth brush. Also you have to leave the door open or your next load will smell like a musty swamp. I just ordered a new GE old school top loader with mechanical switches. I won't order another Samsung again...quality just isn't there.

I bought this washer about 1month and half and it has nice features and you would think is perfect but actually it doesn’t wash correctly, I find my clothes still with soap or softener and sometimes the door is all fill with soap or softener, I wish I could exchange maybe for a better one

I love the eco modes, although they do sometimes make me have to run something like a larger blanket in the dryer a second time. But being able to control from my phone, save energy, and customize my load settings makes these more than worth it!

To all the positive reviews, I bet you just got the machine. Counterweight broke after 1.5 years. Poorly manufactured. Waste of money. 100's of reviews stating the same complaint. This product should be recalled. I'm out over a grand now, thanks for nothing samsung

However, he choose the closest thing to our old model and so far it's maintaining up to par. We have a family of 5 and we do laundry about twice a day minimum to maintain toddler and baby clothes.

Wost mistake ever. As soon as I could I bought myself this Samsung washer and I couldn't be happier. My clothes are actually clean. I love the little song it sings to tell me when it is done and that I can connect to get notifications.

Im purchase this product. Im purchase de washer and dryer electric. Four months later of purchase the Asher are complete damage in all function. Is inappropriate and inaceptable this situation. Im not recommended this for any reason. The warranty not responding appropriately. It's necessary change all parts of the washer Machin except the box. It change everything parts of the washer. Not waste your money, not waste your time with this product. The dryer is not different is bad very bad situation. The dryer not dry the clothes, and not function the dryer sensor and the temperature sensor. It's extremely bad purchase.
