[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just received my washer and am loving it! It has so many options to choose from to wash my clothes, bedding and towels. The only thing I don’t like is I can’t start the washer with the smart app but that’s me just being lazy.

Old was 24 minutes, new 19 minutes and now the cycle when complete shows up on the TV. She likes that also. If the dryer goes out again, will replace that too.

We love the Wi-Fi connectivity which allows us to keep up with the daunting chore of laundry even when we’re out running errands. Our previous washing machine did not have bleach or softener compartments, so I feel our clothes didn’t come out smelling as fresh as they could have. We didn’t use purchase the risers, but think we will soon. It’s funny because now my husband and I actually argue over who’s going to do the laundry. 😂😂

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got my new machine absolutely love the look easy digital set up and all the features are great. Especially going to enjoy the steam wash settings. Linking the machine to the app was easy. The drum size is perfect for larger loads.

I appreciated the installers patience and effort in bringing the washer upstairs and placing it in a closet with bifold doors in a way that the bifold still work. They adjusted the feet outside. I hope the washer keeps working it’s only day 1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Attractive platinum-colored exterior. Stylish and modern knob for selecting wash cycle. Powerful clean. However, a major downside to this washer is the pungent scent within the drum. I have had to run the self-clean cycle twice to lessen its pungency, although it still lingers in the drum and on the first clothes washed in it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love the features our washer has. Unfortunately the washer itself, as all of our Samsung electronics ( Samsung dryer, cell phones, fridge) don't seem to last past a couple of years. We just chalk this up to the technology these days.

We purchased new above model. Looks very similar. Can't be more pleased at its performance! Found stored tubs of baby clothes 20 yrs old. My new washer has been working hard washing. It's quiet! Very very pleased.

From small loads of socks to larger comforters, it washes it equally well. The best thing is the load time displayed is actually quite accurate. Which makes washing a lot better if you're on a time crunch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace my Samsung washer. I found this Samsung washer at one of the big box stores which I needed to have delivered quickly. It is very quiet and it works a lot quicker than the old one.. Plus the connection to the smart thing app makes it even easier for doing laundry because it informs you when your laundry is done and if you forget to start it, you can start it when you’re not at home. If it’s perfect in my laundry room area. And it’s a lot quieter than my old washer
