It is so unbelievably quiet, I had to keep checking to see if it was actually on and working. I'm still learning all the ins and outs but with the app and all of the tip videos, it shouldn't be long before I'm a pro with this thing.

Only reason I purchased this brand is only because I have a dryer that is this brand and are stackable. If I had the money I would of purchased a different brand.

As a full-time medic and landscaper on the side, I can trust my clothes will be clean and professional looking every time.

Poor quality machine. Vibrates and clunks quite a bit from day 1 - enough to shake the whole upstairs and can be heard/felt across the house. Numerous service visits and parts replaced for a machine that is less than a year old. Definitely do not recommend.

I’ve never had a front load washer and dryer and to date it has been a good experience. I like how efficient and quiet the machines are. Very satisfied with my purchase.

It’s quiet and I love being able to be notified on my phone when my load is done that way I don’t spend hours on in doodling around honestly would recommend buying it I just recently bought the dryer but waiting for install and everything and I’ll post to review after I use it a couple of times the capacity is great for what I need and the cycles are awesome and match what I would want to use in a washing machine having the app to set the washer up is great.

I had my first front load washer, the same manufacture and model for three years they only product problem was that one of the support broke and although I could have replaced the part that was so labor intensive to repair it I decided to buy a new one, the washer cleans like a dream and that is what we liked. We were a family of two and we never overloaded the washer. I was disappointed, however, that it only lasted three years.
