This is the SECOND Samsung washer I have purchased in 1 year. The first one which I purchased from a big box store knocked and rattled so much during the rinse and spin cycle, they finally agreed to replace it. I got the second unit directly from Samsung.com in June 2023. Now, only 2 months later, the second washer is doing the SAME THING. I can't even wash clothes while on a Zoom call in my home office with both the laundry room and home office door closed because it sounds like a freight train is coming through my home. I'm beyond frustrated!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fairly quiet, gets things clean, the self clean is cool but is annoying and requests it more frequently than I'd like. But the washer in all, is definitely a win for me. I love that it notifies me on my phone when the cycle is complete!

I love my dishwasher, and my new washing machine does not disappoint. It is quiet and equipped with washing options that were not available on my previous machine. Looking forward to years of satisfaction!

I called customer support they told me to unplug it for about 5 mins, I did that and still have the same problem. I've unplugged it numerous times to no avail...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about 6 weeks ago. It is fantastic. The wireless feature is great, when my load is finished, I get a notification on my phone. I love the sanitize feature. I used that for all of my sheets. It is a very nice washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I must say upon receiving the washer i could not wait to use it!! once I used it the first time, no kidding, I noticed my clothes were cleaner and a lot softer! i was in desperate need of a new washer! I'm very glad I received the Samsung washer ! it is a great addition to my family . ps: the only downside I noticed was when I washed my comforters and sheets, I used the "bedding" option and it kept saying 10 minutes to finish" it never finished!! i had to stop it manually because it wouldn't finish the cycle with the bedding option. I'm not sure why.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this 5 days ago and have done many loads already. Washed bedding, towels, whites and darks. Everything comes out clean/fresh smelling. Spin cycle works great since clothes are almost dry…less money for electric.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fantastic washer and dryer combo set! The installers were super nice, and they installed both the units and even installed the steam function for the dryer which is great for bringing your clothes back to life if they've been sitting for a while.
