[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this washer about three weeks ago and at first we had a lot of difficulty with the washer because it was defective and shaking violently. Luckily we had warranty and immediately called for another and had them install it this time properly and it is working well so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this washing machine! All of the features are super cool and run smoothly. and the super speed wash is amazing! The color is beautiful too, and the design is very sleek and modern so I don't feel like hiding it like my old one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 20 y/o traditional washer and I'm really impressed at how much better it works. It uses very little water compared to my old washer. The washer automatically adjusts to the load and the clothes come out unusally clean, much cleaner than with the old washer. The electronic controls take some time to learn but it's got a lot of options. The Koreans love appliances with jingles and this washer definitely has them. I don't have much use for the connectivity with my phone, which surprised me when my Samsung phone asked if it could join with the washer. It was weird.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just got the washer and dryer delivered. Look the compact size. Just upgraded to the front loader from a top loader. I really like all features this one had to offer, and I can connect them to Samsung smart things is a plus.

Won’t power on, one month shy of 2 months from the date of manufacture…. What a P0S. Repairman said the control board is not getting any power. Control board isn’t fixable, it has to be replaced. My outlet has been tested and it’s working just fine, it’s the washer. I’m upset. Cost to repair is more than I paid for the washer….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had our washer delivered today, and it works well. It’s a little low, so we’ll have to bend over a lot to get the clothes in and out. If that’s an issue for you, I suggest getting the drawer that goes under it to raise it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very satisfied with the quietness on how it performs. My clothes are parctically dry which means I use less energy on drying. Also unlike my old washer it doesn't dance all over the laundry room. I also like the little jingle it gives off to alert a finished load. I still don't know all of its functions especially the phone alerts. I will eventually will get to it. All in all a good and well thought out product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer with a dryer together from costco, and they've both been amazing, the washer washes our stuff better than anything we've had before, and it's super efficient! Plus I love that it connects to wifi and lets me know when the cycle is done if im downstairs. And the color is super nice with the champagne color.
