Do wish it had a hand wash or ultra delicate cycle and wish the Steam Sanitize cycle was just a little shorter. Expected it to be long hit now 2 hours 49 minutes. Otherwise, overall great!

We picked this washer because my parents have had their Samsung Washer and Dryer for years without any issue, and trust me those things handle everything my stepmom throws at them! The speed wash is very convenient, and as good as other longer cycles. I knew I was buying a fantastic washer but it has even exceeded my expectations. It's been 4 weeks since we started using it and I like it is paired now with my diveces. I am watching the TV and when the machine finished I received the notification in my TV. I liked that as sometimes I don't have my cellphone handy. Ot has additional option if you use the app but i still need to learn to use them. It does not make a lot of noise and I have not had any issues so far.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These were installed a week ago. I've only used them 3x now but they're a lot louder than I expected them to be. Loud clunking noises for washer and dryer without even a half load in them. Annoying for sure.

However, he choose the closest thing to our old model and so far it's maintaining up to par. We have a family of 5 and we do laundry about twice a day minimum to maintain toddler and baby clothes.
