I love that it (the machine) blue-tooth connected to my cellphone and now if I'm out working around the house or garden, I know when the washer is done. I only wished the matching dryer did the same!

The smart feature enabled me to connect the washer and dryer together. The dryer will use the same settings based on the settings selected on this washer.

Having been a Samsung washing machine owner in the past I knew to expect excellence and man has my mind been blown. The quickness and efficiency of this new washer is much more than I ever expected. Even large loads like thick heavy blankets are finished quickly and are actually clean the first time! I really enjoy the Bluetooth setting and the ease of use from my phone especially if the laundry gets loaded and we forget to start it in the morning. I can just whip out my phone and with the press of a button remotely start the wash! It’s smart technology also allows me to not worry I’m washing on the incorrect setting, I can let my washer know through the app what kind of load it is and a wash setting is recommended for me. The control settings are straightforward and very easy to use. All in all I am a very happy customer especially since now wash day only takes a few hours to complete the households laundry instead of all day!

We have this washer that is less than 15 months old and the control board went out. The repair cost is almost as much as the initial purchase price. The initial purchase price was approximately $800. It is very loud and vibrates horribly during the spin cycle. The door looks like it is going to bounce open when it spins. We had an error code couple of months ago, indicating the washer wouldn't drain. There was very little water in the drain area and with a hard reset the washer started working again. But here we are couple of months later and the control board has stopped working, meaning nothing else works. We were stuck with clothes in the washer that could not be removed even by the repair technician. Samsung has been eliminated from the acceptable brands we will consider for any appliance. We have the matching electric dryer which is also loud & noisy now we are anticipating that it will stop working much before the suggested life span.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off let me say I am always extremely satisfied with the Samsung brand , I upgraded to this front load washer from a previous model of top load . To no surprise I am amazed ! This washer does the same size load as my previous in nearly half the time with no sacrifice to the cleanliness of my load . It is very quiet as well , I have to peek in my laundry room sometimes to see if it’s even running . The WiFi connectivity is something I never had in a washer and I don’t know how I lived without it ! With the smart things app I can prep a load and start or stop it from anywhere with my cell phone , definitely a huge convenience on a busy schedule . When I’m home the washer will give me a alert when the laundry is done which is very nice as well . All around this is a great washer and couldn’t be happier .

i have so many positive things to say about this samsung washing machine. let me start by saying the easy to clean door seal is my favorite part. it is a clean and keep your clothes smelling fabulous. there are so many cycles to choose from to effectively clean your clothes depending on what type of clothing or articles you may be washing. it has a large capacity and i can fit a king size comforter in it and it comes out looking and smelling clean. an extra added bonus is the wi fi capabilities to use this machine anytime you need. overall i highly recommend this samsung washing machine, you will wish you had purchased it earlier. my favorite is that this washer allows you to do a speed wash. downloaded the smart things app and was able to connect my phone to the washer in a minute.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 1st washer purchase and I must say it's awesome to have a washer in my home. It looks very modern with digital screen and touch screen. The functions are very self explanatory. It exceeds my expectation with washing. It's awesome that when I'm watching TV in another room, a small notification window pops up on the screen to let me know when the cycle is complete.

The washing machine is fine. But the drain hose that comes with it is very short. According to Samsung it is a standard drain hose length. But because it did not reach the drain outlet we had to move the washing machine to the right side of the dryer and we had the door hinge of the washing machine on the left side. Now the washing machine door opens to the right and the dryer door opens to the left. Samsung doesnt have a bigger hose length and they wont change the door opening now as it was set that way when we ordered. How are we supposed to know that the drain hose length is so short that we will end up switching the side of the washing machine than what our original Kenmore elite washing machine was. The hose of that machine reached the drain perfectly fine. Now samsung is asking us to change the entire assembly to move the water and drain pipes closer to the machine!!!! They should put up this drain hose measurements and that there is a possibility of moving the machine to the other side of the current system setup. Sorry this is not acceptable. The 2 stars are for the machine itself which is fine but now as I have to live with this setup until this machine breaks down or we move out. Again not acceptable. Samsung needs to do better. We are not washing machine techs to know all this!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently has the Samsung washer WF45B6300AW/US installed and i cannot say how stylish this washer looks! I did my first load of wash and oh my... my clothes came out cleaner AND softer than my previous washer. The functions are easy to understand and use, they have different settings for different types of clothes. It is quite and i love it. I would recommend this to anyone needing a new washer.
